✓ Good app, but not menu accurateThe app works well and functions as intended. The biggest downside is that they offer all the options for every drink, even if they aren’t actually available. For example, they don’t sell cold brew in decaf. But they will let you order it, and pay for it, and then go pick it up and find out they don’t sell it. Need to make sure to only offer what is sold, in the app..Version: 1.0.3
✓ Waiting to longThe purpose for ordering ahead is for it to be ready when you get there not have to wait for it to be made. Great coffee just don’t like to have to wait so long..Version: 1.0.6
✓ Adds tip by defaultUsers be aware they add a tip by default when checking out. There is no way to verify if employees get this or not..Version: 1.0.3
✓ Needs a lil tweakingI like the app and the layout of it is very user friendly. One suggestion is to allow the previous order history to display when purchasing in store and not just for online ordering. Also I don’t see a menu in the app, but maybe because I always drive to my nearest location to order? Hope this helps! ☺️.Version: 1.0.3
