✓ Worst app ever in historyThe app only gives you 10 scans until you subscribe. The app if you have a strange card that is real but rare it looks it up and shows you the wrong card dont use this app !!! the scanning quality is horrible it gives you the outline and it sizes down and doesnt scan the whole card like this is a trashy app some advice do not ever use this app i am begging you.Version: 3.2.3
✓ Add Bulk Delete Function…Please add a way to either delete entire sets or to select all cards based on search/filter results to delete… I accidentally added the entire 22 Topps Heritage set to my collection… now I’m sitting here deleting 1 by 1. The app would be perfect and I’d be happy with my subscription if there was a simple way to undo this….Version: 2.8

✓ Good appA bit Laggy when looking up or imputing cards for your portfolio. I purchased the unlimited subscription plan about 3 weeks ago and per one of the perks are seeing your card performance across 30 different platforms and see your inventory value. However very few if any of my over 400 cards are updated at all. I’ve tried to send emails and made comments in the missing data section. Only one of the cards I informed them about they responded on saying the issue has been resolved with the card sales being updated. However upon checking nothing was corrected or changed. Don’t know if the developers or managers have given up on the app. Or not. No responses..Version: 2.8
✓ Long way to goCardbase along with EBay, who is beta testing a similar service, is attempting a live baseball card database whereby users can upload graded cards and have live value updates based on recent eBay sales for comparably graded cards. The problem is; getting the card database uploaded in a standard template that can be mapped to eBay in such a way to get accurate price feeds, no easy task. Of the 600 plus psa graded cards I uploaded , a decent number, are not mapped properly and are missing price feeds and value updates from eBay. The service is a work in progress. Seems like a straightforward task, but with no uniformity for compiling the data (card mfg, player name, card #, psa grade and year) mapping the feeds from eBay presents a challenge. I would give Cardbase an A for effort..Version: 2.8
✓ Great App - Annoying Cancellation FeatureI enjoy the app and I paid for an unlimited monthly subscription. I however no longer need the unlimited monthly subscription at this point in time and in order to cancel the plan, you must email them. The giant red button that says “close subscription” serves no purpose, nor does it serve a point to state “cancel anytime” when in reality you’re unable to do so..Version: 2.8
✓ Another basic app that is behind a paywall.Really sick of these apps that show how good they are just for you to need to sign up and fill all your details before you can see for yourself. You get to the end and it tells you I can pay per month or yearly… or I can scan 10 cards to give it a go. Wow. Back to the main apps. Thanks..Version: 3.1.10
✓ ScanningHalf the cards i scanned came up as different cards!! Cant try to get an accurate value when it wont show the right card! Scanned an Curtis Joseph card and had a football player card show up.Version: 3.1.7
✓ So much potential… wastedI have likely spent as much time on this app as anyone else. I downloaded it about a year ago and thought I found the answer to my prayers - a database that keeps track of my cards AND the prices they are trending at. Too good to be true? In short, yes. The app functions as you might expect from a third rate developer. Constantly glitching, wrong and not current information on card sales, features that have never worked (custom sales feed) and they almost never have updates. I think there’s been two, maybe three updates in a year. Compare that to CardLadder who updates and has new features that they actually implement every week. I was all for this app and used to have some dialogue with their CEO on suggestions to help improve it. I’ve invested too much time (1500 cards added with photos) to just walk away. But sadly, that’s what it’s come to. My emails to report issues are completely ignored for weeks and weeks. Suggestion to the developers - listen to your customers. We use the app - you probably don’t. At the very least, reply when we report glitches that are impairing our ability to use it..Version: 2.8
✓ Great platform!!!I really like the platform but the lack of available cards for tracking value is disappointing at this point. Hopefully as time goes on more options will be available but as of right now I cannot track the most valuable cards in my collection which include Mac Jones and Trevor Lawrence so fingers crossed boys. Help us collectors have a legit place to get comps and most up to date values🙏.Version: 2.8
✓ So Much Potential!This app has SO MUCH POTENTIAL! But so many of the cards don’t have prices tracked on them. It’s registered into the app but I guess their data base isn’t loading or something 🤷🏻♂️ I love the idea of this app but out of 10 cards only 4 had prices on them. I hope this gets fixed cause as I said this app is amazing otherwise!.Version: 2.8
✓ CardBase AppThis a great app for loading your graded card collection and watching the values go up and down. Unfortunately there are some flaws. For instance, my Classic Yellow Barry Bonds has the wrong market value because of the green back variation. Also, there isn’t any data for a few cards. I submit a request letting them know, they respond when it’s fixed, even though it’s not fixed..Version: 2.8
✓ Gimmicky Update Loses Critical FeaturesThis app was never perfect, but none of the card tracking apps are. But this was the best in terms of adding cards to a personal database so you can keep track of what you own. It’s never been that great of an app for tracking eBay sales, but to be fair, I don’t think CardLadder is all that great at that either. The new update comes with bells and whistles like images of players, cool graphics on the interface, and a feed of cards that other users are adding. None of this is necessary or helpful. Nor is the push to get eBay cards sold through the app. More frustrating, however, is that you no longer have the ability to accurately add parallel cards to a the database. This was the core feature of the app for many users. And I’m not talking about obscure parallels like zebra heads or parakeet princess, but standards like Topps Chrome gold. I’ve ran into this issue so many times that I have given up adding at all. I’ve reported these issues and requested a link to download the old version of the app and have been ignored. I’m a premium subscriber too, but that doesn’t seem to make a difference. If you’re looking for a database to add all of your cards, you might look elsewhere until they fix this issue. Otherwise you’ll spend a lot of wasted time looking for cards that they have dubiously left out in this shiny new update..Version: 3.0.3
✓ Needs improvementGreat help so far as far as logging and posting. But there’s a lot of small changes it would make it a whole lot better too many to list on here because I’m not sure if this would ever get to anybody but you have my email if you want to know the logistics. I will give you a few I’d like to be able to delete all of your cards at once in your collection. Because I made a mistake of choosing the option to put more than one Card in(Because that’s an option) but I thought I can do multiple at a time no it just edit the entire collection and now there’s no way of getting rid of it. That’s one. Two when you have to manually add after you physically enter it and add it to your collection goes to your collection then you have to select a new card and start the whole process all over again. There’s no way to keep adding multiple at the same time. And that’s just a name a few.Version: 2.8

Tried to log 1 friggen card into their system…….. well that took 15 mins of scanning and bringing up the totally wrongs cards.……..tried searching with EXACT heading but nope……F’all. ✓ Mobile app better than web versionThe mobile app works much better than the web. A lot of manual - no way to default settings like sport, set, player, etc… good tracking of recent sales, they seem to get through card verification fairly quickly on some and really slower on others. Overall a good app that could use improvement.Version: 2.8
✓ June 2023 crippled the appI logged into today (June 7) to find out that everything changed once again and now I can only have 100 cards in my database without paying for a subscription. Prior to this, there was no limit but only a certain number were able to be tracked. After entering nearly 1,000 cards, this app has been made useless after all the work I put into entering all those cards. No warning or anything, just another money grab. I’m out..Version: 3.0.5
