✓ Eh..At first it was fine but after a while it stopped letting me mark things i found..My WiFi isn’t an issue and ive logged out and logged back in, still wont work. Deleted it and redownloaded it? Still didnt work. I dint know the issue but it’s seriously annoying since I struggle with keeping track of things as is..Version: 1.6.9
✓ Shouldn’t have to buy full versionThe app is great but the fact that you have to buy the full version to use everything properly is dumb you're losing people because of that and should switch to just having it be free and be able to mark stuff down on the map as much as people please..Version: 1.6.9

✓ I won’t use until it’s fixedI used this app for a week and I loved it. I got to mark off where everything was if I didn’t have to go back to it, so I wasn’t looking at the same area over and over. Then, suddenly I couldn’t mark anything as found. Is there a limit? I haven’t found anything that mentions such. And what’s this “Pro” version I’m hearing about? ✓ Big scamSo I got the app even with the bad reviews and I made a new account to try it out on. Made a new email and everything and when I registered the account and logged in to my account on the app my email immediately got locked. It gave me an error and I could not use the fake new email I used. So I feel like it’s a hack and an ploy used fore ransomware don’t log in to the account because I feel like it would steal ur Genshin account too. So all the progress would be lost. Plz just explore on ur own and have fun in the game don’t use fake dodgy and skeptical apps..Version: 1.0
✓ Great map, poor supportThe map function is great and has more chest locations than any other map out there. One problem though is that there’s no bug support. I noticed that locations marked found wouldn’t grey out when you switch over from pc to app. This is even though they are marked found..Version: 1.0
✓ DON’T DOWNLODMapgenie only allows you to mark 100 things as found, and you won’t realize until you notice that half the geoculus you’ve marked as found have become unmarked. Disgusting way to ruin someone’s playthrough of genshin. Now I have to waste an absurd amount of time searching for which geoculus I have and haven’t found. The game is stupid anyway for not telling which you’ve found anyway. If you can’t tell, I’m incredibly angry because I don’t have a lot of time to play games and this ruined genshin for me.Version: 1.6.9

✓ Used to be good. Doesn’t even work now.Don’t waste your time downloading this app if you’re just planning on using it to mark certain mobs as killed like I was. Every time I try to mark something as found it says “unable to mark as found”. I’ve made two separate brand new accounts, toggled everything on and off again, uninstalled and reinstalled the app, tried using their website (which wants you to buy their premium to do anything) and nothing works. The website says you can mark up to 120 landmarks before needing to buy premium, yet it won’t even let me mark one on either account despite having a brand new untouched account. Nowhere on the website does it tell you where you can contact the developer either. A year ago I would have told all genshin players to download this, but not anymore (as it stands)..Version: 1.6.9

✓ Don’t buy premium until it’s fixed !Bought premium cuz can’t mark chests as found after a certain number. Went well but all chests would show up again but stayed marked as found until I restart my device. Was ok but now chests always light up on the map and often show as unfound even when I set them to found. I manually went back to correct every chest in certain area but now they all marked as unfound. The worst is in Enkanomiya and underground Chasm. ✓ Great App but it stopped working for some reasonThe app was working great but I think that when it updated with the Chasm map, that the app just stopped working. Whenever I try to click on something and click on “found,” an error message pops up and says that it can’t mark that thing as found. What’s the point of a tracker app if the tracker breaks? ✓ Needs workUpon first download it looks and works great, but in practice it fails on a number of things. After having this app a week I made an account so I could start to record things I found. After I’d put about 10 things down as ‘found’, I discovered the app (on restart) resets these ‘found’ faded icons. When you click on them it still has them marked as found, but the icon itself is no longer faded - which is a quick way of seeing what you still need to find. So the app is useless for recording things until this is fixed. Another problem is the filters not saving. The filters need to save so that even when the app restarts it remembers what you had it set too. The reason for this is that when playing Genshin Impact, and switching between this map app, sometimes the map app will restart (due to iOS poor memory management- I’m on an 11 Pro too). So then I had to redo all my filters every time. The pro upgrade option mentions ‘track unlimited collectibles’ - What does this even mean? Can I only track a certain amount in the free version? It doesn’t say anywhere. I’ve no problem paying but don’t want to unless I know the app is going to work the way it needs to Edit: the faded icons seemed to have come back now, so may have been an issue communicating to the website? Will have to see how it continues.Version: 1.6.9

Once 3.0 came out I tired using it again to get geo and electric culus but when I try to mark it caught it failed. I had used it for anemoculus before and marked them, same with getting parts of the map 100%. But I can’t do it anymore.
