✓ Lousy Customer ServicePurchased a year subscription; determined that same day that I did not need this app. Cancelled the subscription and requested a full refund. Company has not bothered to respond or issue the refund. Folks might want to be wary when purchasing. Personally, I put this app on the same level as SCAM..Version: 1.2

✓ Outrageously RedundantI feel like this app should give you a precise location to obtain your possession/possessions I mean why should I spend my time mileage and waste gas going in different directions to try to find what’s mine that’s been lost stolen or whatever the case may be?… this is ridiculous I mean what are we really paying for here? ✓ Not worth the timeI used this app to keep track of my AirPods cuz I lose them frequently however it couldn’t even connect my AirPods were right in my hand and even connected to my my phone and it didn’t show up. Also every time a turn around it’s another add for thier preimim plan that I can’t skip or navigate around. Very annoying especially when I’m panicked trying to find my AirPods..Version: 1.2
✓ You can’t find anything.Even when I’m sitting next to my MacBook, it describes it as far away. Lord knows where my Fitbit watch is. I can’t get anything. Update. I found my charge six by using a flashlight. The app kept telling me it was in my car. No. It was in my living room..Version: 1.2.4

✓ At least there’s a free trial.This did not work for me to find hidden air tags in my cars. It will take you to the general area, like it will tell you it’s in the car but not where exactly. ✓ Still can’t find itThe app tells me it found my fitbit in my house, but I can’t see it. It will find it then tell me it is lost without me moving at all. Then it “finds” it in another place but I don’t see it there either. I thought it would give me a sound to actually find it but no instructions on how to enable that. ✓ Accuracy of finding itemsLost my Apple Watch, Find My had a completely different location than AirFind, AirFind kept saying last seen (certain amount of minutes) when FindMy had a location 3 weeks old, AirFind NEEDS to be fixed drove back and forth over an hour and over 3 weeks tracking the same dot accusing people and asking people at my job, the amount of stress and confusion this has brought me is crazy, and on top of all that I paid for the subscription just for nothing..Version: 1.2.4
✓ Literally didn’t help at allI tried to find one of my missing AirPods that been looking for, for over a week and this completely wasted my time because not only did it no register, it doesn’t account for the fact you could lose them more than once, and just randomly marks anywhere it u happen to click found.
