✓ Login IssuesLogging into this app is inconsistent. Two different phones and two different accounts with login information correct had trouble with signing in. It will act as if it is about to load but will bring you back to the login screen. Because of this issue I got a ticket (was given within 10 minutes of being parked without payment.) If you are going to use this app just be conscious of login issues (one way to fix it we learned is to delete the app and download it again) and it didn’t send a notification of when my parking was going to expire. To add on, the city of Pensacola isn’t much help regarding this app if it has issues or at least the woman I talked to. She didn’t even know it had a notification feature. You also can’t purchase more time for a vehicle on this app until the time expires, this was an issue for a different phone and account. I hope this helps whoever visits Pensacola and uses this app..McimarronVersion: 1.2.2

✓ Too buggyThis app is awful. It takes way too long to set up your account and often crashes while doing so. I tired to set it up with Apple and google and every time I said my car was associated with another account (this happened three days after the app launched). Terrible AppNot only does the search feature not work (NEVER HAS), it is VERY difficult to search for parking meter numbers because a lot of them are covered up by a handicap parking dot or grouped with another number. I have to pay for my spouses meters every time he goes downtown because his App on his phone locks up and doesn’t let him log in. ✓ Terrible!Downloaded the app. Used it once. Tried to sign in and use it again with no luck. Didn’t take my passwords. So I said I forgot my password and to email me a link to get a new one. Never got an email. Tried to resign up for another account. Couldn’t because my phone number is already registered to an account. I can’t get to my account. I can’t get my password reset. I can’t sign in. Now these people have my credit card info and there’s nothing I can do. Useless app. Wish I never signed up for it. ✓ Not user friendly- am I being scammed?The app is not user friendly. I downloaded it paid my fee with no issue the first time, yesterday. Today I went to log in and it has a different email associated with my phone number so it won’t let me do anything. I tried to change password but when I enter my phone number again it just says the number is already in use. There are no options to trouble shoot to fix the situation. The email address they say is attached to my number has “redirect” in it. Makes me wonder if someone hacked it and is now redirecting my info to them. Does this mean somebody has my credit card info. I hope not but i can’t tell anything from the app with limited to no options to trouble shoot this. I guess I’ll just have to monitor my credit card or maybe even cancel it. ✓ Apple ID login issue solved!Finally, thanks to a very helpful notification from another app, I have figured out how to resolve the Apple ID login issue! If you’re unable to login with your Apple ID (making the app useless if you’ve already registered) try this! Go to iOS System Settings > Account > Passwords & Security > Apps using your user ID > selected the parking app > select “stop using my Apple ID.” You should be able to login with your Apple ID the next time you use the app. Hope this helps!.SunnyleahVersion: 1.2.1
