✓ Apps free trial was great; room for growth but way too $$I am a huge fan of Brendon Burchard (sp?), I have read both High Performance Habits and The Motivation Manifesto, as well as use the HFH journal which has helped me to a degree I can’t even express in words. When I saw he was creating an app (also listen to his pod past), I was sooooooo pumped. I had just been. Heartbroken by Hal Elrods TMM app (just wayyyyy too simple to Cost ANYthing), and when I briefly skimmed over Growth Day my hopes were restored, until that screen pops up when u hit a ‘locked/premium/pro’ feature, and my jaw literally hit the floor looking at the annual cost let alone monthly. You’ve already made so much $$ with your books, podcast, journals, blog etc, why can’t SOMEONE who writes amazing self help/improvement books offer an app that offers these inaccessible resources for free? Or like $4.99/month? only one left is James Clear/Atomic Habits. Fingers crossed he recognizes the potential of allowing regular people who have families to which they have to support ($$) , or students,’or just adults who are lost but still wanna improve but do not have the means, be offered amazing resources at REALISTIC deals..Vic428koVersion: 1.41

✓ Too many “Daily fire” REPEATSI recently signed up for the $50/year option after the free trial, because I was so impressed with having a new daily fire every day to look forward to listening to. In all the advertising & marketing for the app it mentioned the new daily fire every day, and this was the main reason I signed up, to have that daily inspiration. However, I’ve only been using it for about 1 month and I’ve already heard MANY daily fire repeats which is so disappointing because they weren’t up front about that. They make you think you’re getting a new daily fire from Brenden Burchard every day but you don’t, they’re mostly pre-recorded and they play at least one or two repeat episodes every week. Who knows they’re probably almost ALL repeats, I just haven’t been listening long enough to cycle through them all. I understand that there may need to be repeats here and there because no one is a machine and can produce new content every single day, but after listening daily for only ONE month there’s already MULTIPLE daily fire repeats?? Very disappointing, and false advertising. At least be up front with people about what they’re actually getting before they pay/sign up..ArielAnn23Version: 2.24

✓ Don’t give them your numberDon’t give them your phone number when you sign up. They will text you then call you everyday until you answer, trying to sell you something! Very scammy. And I’m a paid member at the basic level. So this is how they treat paying customers. Not good. They also email you weekly trying to upsell you. ✓ Love content, glitchy video interfaceI’ve been getting into the first few videos and have been enjoying the content. Unfortunately, the videos will randomly stop and skip to the next. ✓ Disaster of an appThis app is a disaster. Was very excited having purchased Brendon’s course and the playback on the app is shocking. Even at the slightest network glitch, the video starts playing from the start. Initially I thought this could be a problem with the 4G network, but the same is happening on my home wifi too, which works fine for everything else that is even more bandwidth hungry. I so wanted to listen to these lessons on my earphones while I was moving around and the app is not fit for even this basic purpose. ✓ Daily fire not updated repeatedlyI signed up a couple of weeks ago. Unfortunately the daily fires were not updated for three of the 14 days which is disappointing since it is one of the features that attracted me to the app. I let them know about it but it seems to be a recurring issue, which looks unprofessional and doesn’t fit with Brendon’s image of excellence..Reviewer10835Version: 2.16

✓ Subs scamI was hopeful that reviews I had read on this app were incorrect. A 14 day trial discovered early on the app was a window to expensive coaching, so I unsubscribed before the expiry. Then came the annual renewal charge that seemingly could only be reversed by PayPal request. An easy email fix delivered a hard sell reply…do you really want out of this mind blowing system. Err yes. Then the blame email response to refer back to Apple for a refund. Barriers to exit! I believe in business integrity, clear and concise charges etc upfront . This one is a scam hoping to catch forgetful subscribers. The annual sub I was charged didn’t even match the Apple subscription charge list. Beware! Edit> another year on and another scam attempt from Growthday Inc! They have attempted to take annual subscription funds again in 2022 even though I have a written confirmation my “subscription” has been cancelled in 2021. ✓ CoursesI got a call from a guy who apparently works with Brandon and showing me some videos I don’t know in advance that I am very low on money I’m not working and I’m not having any income and he said don’t worry about it we could there’s monthly payments you can do don’t worry about the money now just continue with the watching the videos and listening to Brandon and not to worry so I listen to his spiel and watch Brandon‘s video and then at the end he says I’ll be getting $250,000 worth of product and if I can get $10,000 to pay for it I said I told you I’m not working I do not have any money and he said don’t worry about it for me To go and I borrow it from somebody to make six $1000 payments then he called me back to make sure to see if I found a way to make the money and told me he was going to keep me on the line until I clicked on a thing excepting the agreement and then I could back out if I don’t have the money.Cherie68Version: 1.47
