Freemium NeededGreat idea for an app - would recommend doing a freemium model so i can track maybe 3-5 things initially before paying. Won’t be using it if I need to pay 5$ a month right away..Version: 1.18

Cool app, but lacks some functionalityThe app is very cool and does have some cool feature to it to keep track of all the to dos. But seeing that the basic version is all you get for when you need the subscription doesn’t make sense. It would be cool if the paid version allowed you to add your own items not listed and add to dos with reminders for those. Pulling in manuals from newer equipment with maintenance recommendations from those would be a good feature as well. A lot of this I can set up calendar reminders in my google account for free as a recurring event so not as much need to pay for subscription. But the app overall has a great concept and lots of potential to be super useful for home owners. Especially if we could sit down with our maintenance manuals for the equipment to add periodic maintenance items that aren’t listed here..Version: 1.14

Good so far, but not greatWould like to see freezers added and maybe the ability to add small appliances.Version: 1.19

A homeowner’s dream! This app makes it so useful to maintain those easy to forget maintenance items for my home..Version: 1.0

Great Value$4.99/mo with no ads with the potential of saving you $1000s in costly repairs from poor upkeep is a stellar value. I only wish there was an option to pay for your subscription through the Consumer Reports website rather than through the app. I’d much rather have CR get the 30% cut that Apple gouges from app subscriptions. Grading upkeep items as critical, important or extra credit helps prioritize home maintenance without getting overwhelmed..Version: 2.0

A good startStill missing a few appliances, in my case a deep freezer. I might pay a smaller price later on once the app is more established..Version: 1.15

Should be free for subscribersThe app works well enough, and has good information, but I’m disappointed that you’re not including the app’s features among benefits of subscribers to the magazine/website. I greatly dislike the ridiculous amounts apps charge for subscriptions that provide nothing near the amount of benefit for what they change, and CR has now added themselves to the list of miscreants..Version: 1.4

A must have for all homeownersI just bought my first house and have been a little stressed over maintenance. This app is exactly what I was looking for. The maintenance plans are easy to follow and contain valuable tips. Absolutely brilliant app 🙏🏼.Version: 1.0

Lots of PotentialDownloaded the app and went through the setup which was super easy and straight forward. There is a lot of useful info and detail maintenance plans for all kinds of home items. One thing that would be a great feature is to include warranty tracking and notes about repairs. I’ve had to call in for warranty repairs and tracking down which items have 1/5/10 yr warranties is difficult..Version: 1.8

Amazing appI can’t beleive how good this app is. Every house owner should use it..Version: 2.02

Helps me stay organizedI really like this app. It helps me stay organized and on top of maintenance that is easy to forget. There are two things I wish the app did (or maybe it does, but I don’t know how to use it.) The first is for reoccurring maintenance to appear without you having to manually uncheck them as completed to get them added back to your list for that month. The second is to be able to move items to a different month. Otherwise I really enjoy using it!.Version: 1.7

Good, not great yetPretty neat app in telling you the routine maintenance required for a home. The functionality right now is pretty basic, just a calendar of tasks you should be doing by month. Not sure a calendar is worth the monthly subscription fee. Low hanging fruit that can make it more useful and valuable are pulling in user manuals for the appliances you add and adding in or linking videos in addition to the descriptive steps. Additionally functionality to consider maybe recommendations or near by pros that can do the task for you or maybe product recommendations from consumer reports..Version: 1.6

Helped save my fridge!I never thought to check the gasket on my fridge until this app told me to. Turns out there was a tear the size of a nickel and because of this app I was able to identify it and get it repaired before the entire unit died..Version: 1.6

A must for any homeownerThe app makes it super easy to stay on top of everything. With reminders throughout the year, I never miss a task and my house is always in great shape!.Version: 1.14

Good app - a few pain pointsThe App has a number of features that are attractive - ability to keep a list of all your appliances so it can let you know of various tasks. A few things they could be added: - record model/serial numbers via photos. That could help with warranty and repairs (finding manuals etc) - prioritizing the various tasks so that the reader can decide how they wish to view them..Version: 2.05.2

Worthwhile and Very DetailedI don’t know how people are complaining about the cost of the app, which is very obvious even before downloading it, and it comes after a *90-day* free trial, which is very generous as far as apps go. Even then, is $4.99 a month, and as a first-time homeowner, that’s nothing to save me the hassle (and inevitable cost) of figuring it all out myself. Still more, the details are exhaustive as to completing each task. I’m really enjoying it so far, and I look forward to future updates. Great work (UI is real nice) and worthwhile..Version: 1.5

So far so goodI really like it so far. However, I really wish there were options for septic and well systems. Or also options to add your own tasks..Version: 1.13

Good but needs custom items!Love this idea and the execution is pretty darn good. Can the developers add custom “items”? For example, what if I want a quarterly reminder to check the batteries on my electric mouse traps? Hard for CR to know every consumers wants, so best to just give them the power to DIY those parts :) Great job otherwise. Looking forward to this helping me..Version: 1.6

Great so farThis app is great to keep you on track of maintaining a home. I’d like for there to be an option for putting certain tasks on a certain month though..Version: 1.11
