✓ TerribleI downloaded this app because I got sucked in by a book that was on their platform. As soon as it came to needing more money for a chapter I tried to buy more coins and it kept telling me payment failed.. after a few attempts I gave up. I just got my App Store bill and I have been charged $45 in coins from this app... I’m not very impressed. I could’ve put that money towards much more important things in my life. ✓ Rips you off - FAKE 5 star reviews - Too expensiveNever will get your earned reading time. 3 days and 70+ chapters and I’ve read more than 2 hours every day and never earned any reading time. Not the 30, 60, nor 90 minutes any day. All the 5 stars are FAKE. They give you a measly 20 vouchers or whatever they call them for the review. You might get 1 chapter with that. The recharge discounts can be different depending on how you access that menu so you have to be aware of that too. This place is just one big RIP-OFF. ✓ Bought 100 icoins and didn’t receiveThe story’s are very good! And usually I don’t write reviews but I am not happy at all abs usually I don’t spend money on games or apps but I spent 0.99p on 100 icoins and they took my money and I didn’t receive them. I then contacted them and they said they cannot do anything if my money is still pending. It has been nearly 2 weeks now and I messaged them about it saying the money is not pending anymore it has been taken out but now they are just ignoring my messages. ✓ I’ve spent $20 and not able to finish this one bookTotal rip off. I paid twice for vouchers and then finally signed up for the $9.99 plan. Still can’t finish the book. I understand that these authors are new and these are unedited works but the quality is pretty terrible on most of the books. The one I’m reading isn’t great but I’m sucked in by this point. ✓ Would Not Recommend This AppI’m sorry to say that I would not recommend this app due to the poor quality customer service. I reached out to their customer service over 2 weeks ago about being charged for coins that I did not receive. Hoping to either be refunded or the purchased coins to be credited to my account. They responded one time, and I sent the information and screenshots they requested. It took them 4 days to respond to my initial message and it has been 9 days since my response. They still have not credited the coins or offered a refund. I enjoyed the stories on the app and how it worked, but I am very disappointed in the customer service. ✓ Good books but expensiveI like the selection of books they have and they have a lot of them. It’s just expensive to buy vouchers. And if you login every day you do get some but it’s a mystery of what you’re going to get. It seems you only get a smaller amount. I wish they would do it like all the other apps and each day you login you get a little more voucher. It’s steadily increasing it makes you want to come back the next day to read more. With the system they have here I’m getting very frustrated and even though I love the book I’m reading I’m willing to leave it and go to another app..Version: 1.2.3

✓ Good stories but constant problems with app!Good choice of stories, but quite expensive! I refuse to pay to get coins so purely rely on rewards you get from reading and watching adverts! It has improved lately as you finally get a chance to get more coins watching ads than before, however the rewards for reading are not getting awarded half the time, the app does not register the time spend reading, so you spend 90 min on it but only get rewards for the first 30. This is very frustrating! Left a feedback on 30/06 got an automatic reply saying they would contact me back within 2 days, I’m still waiting on 15/07! Very poor customer service! ✓ Charged double for a purchaseI dont recommend this app horrible customer service i had made a total of two purchases my first purchase was fine but when i made my second purchase they charged me double from my card i reached out to them they said that the coins had been credited to my account and couldnt refund yes coins were credited to the account for the purchase but only for the amount made for the purchase and they charged me double i sent them screenshots on how much was purchased and how they charged me double and the dates the purchases were made so i wouldn’t recommend purchases or this app.Version: 1.2.2
✓ Not really worth itYou want a 5 star review but the reading timer doesn’t work properly and the rewards for reading a certain amount of time is pathetic and the amount of chapters you get for free aren’t enough to even get you 10 minutes of reading will be deleting this app after only having it for 24 hours. ✓ 5 Star Rating is Fake!!I downloaded this app because it had 5 stars, so I mistakenly thought it was a great app. Their 5 star rating is a scam. They offer 20 free tickets to anyone who gives them 5 star reviews. If it weren’t for that, there’s no way this app would have more than 1 or 2. Their books are extremely expensive to read. 20 tickets will barely even cover the cost of one chapter, and the chapters are very short. To purchase enough coins to read all the chapters of one of the books I was interested in, it was going to cost me $40! You can earn a certain amount of free tickets each day but to earn enough tickets to read an entire book would probably take months. Also, the stories have so many editing errors and such poor grammar that it can make them a bit confusing to read. If you’re going to charge $40 a book at least pay someone to edit the stories..Version: 1.0.2

You can only receive 1 voucher a day and they expire at f you do t use them. So to gain 20 to unlock the next chapter is impossible. I contacted support two weeks ago and they have still yet to contact me back to reinstate the book of give me a credit. Add an advertisement in between every chapter, or require a few ads to be watched before each chapter. That will show your users that you don’t just see them as money-bags, that you care about their enjoyment of your product. ✓ Like the content, painful to get coins and vouchersI started reading two different books, but honestly I’m struggling to keep going with even one. Trying to read short chapters that want 30 coins or vouchers and you can only earn 1 when you check in each day or 1 for reading 7 minutes, I can read minimum 3 chapters easily in 7 minutes so it doesn’t work. Another great way to earn vouchers normally is watching ad’s again makes sense, but 1 token per advert then have to wait on the app for three minutes before you can watch another advert. It’s too painfully slow to gain tokens. I’m a working mum so can only read when I get a few minutes to myself. This app won’t work for me unless it changes honestly which is a shame as I would read other books..Version: 10.3.8

✓ Good stories but too expensiveI only found out at chapter 10 that you had to pay to continue reading. As I was enjoying the story I would have done that however £45 is way too expensive for me. It’s a shame it’s not something I could buy on a kindle at the same price as a book. You can do “tasks” to earn coins to read the next chapter but it takes a long time and I ended up getting bored of trying to do that. ✓ Paying for the same book twiceThis app is amazing. But it’s annoying when you buy a whole book and read it. Then three months down the track if you want to re read it, you have to pay for it again. I would really just like to purchase the book. Read the book and be done. ✓ Extortionally expensive!I downloaded this after reading a few pages on facebook. After I got hooked up, it won’t let me read additional chapter unless I purchase coins which I did. In the end, I spent nearly £50 for ONE book but this £50 was not enough to buy all the chapters so I just skipped some until I reached the ending. So unfortunately NOT A GOOD EXPERIENCE for me. ✓ Poor App/ Support SystemI’m giving two starts only because even though I love the stories I’ve been having issues with the app for weeks now and I’m not getting any type of response through support. I’ve sent several messages. It won’t let me collect ivouchers, buy more ivouchers, create an account, nothing. All it says is operation failed.
