✓ I can’t access my videos although I got a year subscriptionI Brought this so that I can learn while in nursing school and I was happy with everything. My phone broke however, after I used Lecturio for about 4-5 months. Now I am unable to access anything on my new phone. I tried emailing them but nothing as worked. If they give me the access as I should have until February I will reconsider. It’s not fair that I am paying for a year plan and I don’t get to use it. It says I’m currently subscribed to the yearly plan too, but I have no access whatsoever. Just the 1 free video..BhumikaXhimoVersion: 23.3.0

But, the app does not allow you to unsubscribe. It glitches. There is no one to contact. They have no phone number for support. No one answers their email. Zero response. I was forced to pay for a subscription that is not being used and was supposed to already be cancelled. It felt very much like a scam. ✓ HorribleI purchased the membership and the app crashed repeatedly within the first 10 minutes. Then I have to restart the video and find where I left off and hope it doesn’t crash against asked for a refund and so far NO RESPONSE. *UPDATE* Over a week later and they STILL have not refunded my money. ✓ A lot of Concepts for nursing are not on hereFor Med Surg it was a waste there was a lot of content missing. For example, for endocrine they only had Diabetes 1 and 2. There was no thyroid disorders, DI, SIADH and many others… it was not worth the price for the content it has..SEADJVersion: 22.6.0
