I also have received no messages, did not pick another artists, buy anymore tickets or anything! Also, my ‘days’ with that artist as a subscriber disappeared also! BUT I STILL GOT CHARGED! After the payment, I still haven’t received any messages. Im filling a claim. Along side that, most other idols profiles were also not working. I reinstalled the app and now I cant see any of my artist's previous messages nor mine.
