My Keto Meal Plan & Diet for Positive User Reviews
✓ BEST APP IF YOU ARE NEW TO KETOThis is a great recipe app if you are new to Keto cooking and eating. Most recipes are easy, quick with limited ingredients. I bought one other app that said it was a "Beginner Guide" to Keto cooking and eating, well unless your a chef from Le Cordon Blu and you have the stock room and spice rack of a Michelin Star restaurant I couldn't even begin to make most of the recipes they had in it. Anyway, I found this app to be a GREAT QUICK START to Keto cooking without having to be a formally trained chef. It's also great if you live a fast lifestyle and once you get the handle on some of the easy recipes they will be your GOTO when you're in a hurry. I'm super busy, but I did have to learn to slow down a bit to learn this new way to eat and cook. The app has easy to follow directions, Ingredient List, and great food. For a beginner I loved it!.Version: 1.0
