✓ DisappointedMy best friend recommended this app to me. She said she loves it so much, so I downloaded it. I was pretty excited to meet new people. Once the app is downloaded, it won’t let me sign up. I can put in my name, but after that, it’s frozen. My iPhone is updated way past ios13, so I don’t know what the problem is. I tried researching this issue, but I haven’t seen anyone have it. I’ve never had this app before, so I’m not banned. It’s just frozen. ✓ Terrible all aroundI made a basic profile, looked at the app for a few minutes, went to bed. In the morning I had notifications from people but when I went to look at them I was logged out. I attempted to log in and it said my account was suspended for inappropriate content. There was nothing even remotely inappropriate on there, so I sent a message to support. A few days later, sent another message. That was more than a week ago and they still never replied. They really need to get their customer service straightened out above all..Version: 2.1.5

✓ Decent for making friends, but terrible to text onThe text feature may as well not even exist on this app. For some reason on this app and this app only your autocorrect and suggestion bar completely go away, which makes texting very annoying. And the whole format is just really weird and feels underdeveloped. Setting up your profile is also EXTREMELY annoying and difficult to do. The order of pictures literally makes no sense, and you can't move them around. Takes forever to just switch one picture of yours out. ✓ [still] Cannot setupIght so the new update came out which should have fixed the initial setup bug but the reason why it freezes is because the way your app handles keyboard input… what i mean by that is whilst having the keyboard open to type my name then i press next it moves gui and freezes if subtract the x margin of the next button by a bit and give the ability to close the keyboard then it should work. this is pretty easy to do in swift and or python..Version: 2.1.4

✓ Horrible App That Openly Accepts Offensive Behavior.I feel the need to write about a constant issue that keeps occurring in this app. It has been a common theme for people to say racist, sexual, harmful, and offensive comments especially in the Lofi Bar chat room specifically. These comments have made myself and so many other users feel extremely uncomfortable. I have been consistently targeted by multiple male users on the app for the color of my skin, sexual orientation, and more. If you really wish for your app to be safe for those of all communities, ages, etc.., there needs to be more strict guidelines and regulations that users must follow. I feel that your team has done a lousy job of taking care of these problems and on top of that, allowing people to be harassed on a daily basis. There is no action whatsoever that has been taken against any users that I have reported and blocked, which aggravates me. ✓ Good App , Bad Age IssueThis app has been fun, full of a few jerks but that comes free with any social media kind of app. What bothers me the most is the ages. It asks for your birthday so the app knows, but after the birthday passes, the age doesn’t change. It runs the risk of people being reported for lying about their age when the app just won’t update the ages accordingly. ✓ Immediately banned, no response from support(Doubt it’ll make a difference but since you’ve ignored every other attempt by me to figure this out, and I can see you actively respond to others on here, I’ve reported this app to Apple.) Opened a profile the other day, uploaded a single profile pic (of just my face), added some really basic, vanilla profile stuff (a couple interests, said I’d flesh it out if I kept using the app), and was almost immediately banned even though I did absolutely nothing more than what I just said. ✓ ChangesI got this app last summer and overall it was a really great app, got so many matches and made so many friends but as time went on i stopped using the app. I recently came back to it and was astonished by the changes they made. I like the idea of adding lofi songs but what made me lose all interest in the app was when i saw that i have to pay for the premium subscription in order to add a picture. This was never the case, and I understand y’all need to make money but this is definitely the first time i encountered anything like this; it’s surreal. One of the reasons why i didn’t completely delete this app during my absence was because purp wasn’t like any other app that required you to pay a certain amount of money to use the features, but after logging on i can see that it definitely is and it saddens me that it became a money hungry app..Version: 2.2.2
