✗ Error before getting to playMy kid loved this game, we even paid for to get the full experience, but now for month it loads and loads and then errors and the only option is to close out. The device is up to date, the app deleted and reinstalled, and it errors still. Customers service doesn’t respond, and it’s been a complete let down. ✗ Great app whilst it worked. Latest update does not work as advertisedBought 4 weeks ago and after 2 days I was able to play a game of chess with my son, starting from scratch. However after 4 weeks the app logged me out and now asks for a subscription. Given that I paid close to £20 for the app so that I wouldn’t have a subscription I am surprised at Kahoot’s decision here and would like either access back of a refund.
