✓ It only takes one big spender to screw the game up for everyoneIf you enjoy wasting money on a game just to have someone who spend more money ruin it for you, then this is your game. It’s the buggiest game and when you report the bug, customer service blames you for it. Case in point. I spent 1k gems on a 24 hour shield. Got attacked 8 hours in to the shield. Reported it and they blamed me. No compensation. Lost 121 billion gold. I know I DID NOT send my troop to a fortress AFTER I shielded. I NEVER do that. Especially with a doucgebag that steals everyone’s gold running around. If anyone wants to buy my account I’m selling it..Version: 1.0.328

✗ VIP - Very Ignored PlayersAs everyone else has said it’s a pay2win game. If you pay enough you get a VIP representative to help you with all your issues. But they don’t. Recently there was a bug in the game in which many players received large amounts of rewards. Again, it was improper coding, not any hacking or gaming the system. In response KG removed the rewards obtained, even though the glitch was only available to people who had paid for the event. Personally things were removed from my account that I had paid for and had been saving for a long time. The VIP service has been adamant that what occurred was proper and that nothing was improperly removed. Hopefully you think twice before downloading this game and wasting money on all of their “specials.”.Version: 1.0.389
