✓ Better than I expectedThe loop got its hooks in me but this one stayed around a little longer than other games you see advertised on Insta with adverts that make it look like a completely different game. The constant rewards for hitting goals kept me coming back for a good few weeks when I usually lose interest in these micro transaction heavy idles after a few days. So well done for making the game above the usual standard of it’s type..Version: 1.0.387

✓ Kingdom guardTheir making people pay to basically get anywhere in the game and I tried to switch servers (which they have 9 different ones and it’s unorganized) to play with my friends and I have to pay like a 100 USA which makes no sense. They have daily task n mines daily task start at 7 pm instead of the morning. Needs a lot of work and they need to offer more to their customers instead off stealing their money for just to try to become strong in this.Version: 1.0.185
✓ Initially Fun but developer over greed messed upHere are fun part. All events and everything you do is like competitions so you got motive to compete. Clan challenges, point events. There are alot of unfortunate servers especially my server got extremely low players count. Two months within inter server only within the server. People learn to play and people know the daily grind. Tips and tricks to be more efficent so they got motive. Then everything turn into cross server when players see the power gap differences, to the stage people can never win anything, no even sure people are hacking, spending extreme…so players die out. My server only had like good 30 players daily grind and 50 are chill. As soon as cross server enter, top 15 players literally 12 out of 15 left. So remaining who are very competitive and some remaining play less and less. Eventually feel like server feel like total death. Every update, every feature is marketed toward spender. The over greed of the development is extreme. Ruin a good potential game. I can see developer trying to improve the game thats being said, like I mentioned they aim to make you spend. I am top 3 of my server and spent $1200. I am trying to stay on the game but I got not much player left to play with. I feel stupid wanting to play more, spend alittle and quitting very soon dilemma..Version: 1.0.263
✓ Horrible supportDue to an error on the developer’s part to many rewards where handed out for an event. Instead of pulling those rewards they backed everyone who received the rewards accounts back to before the rewards that would have been fine if the only took things related to the rewards but no they took all my unit t4 talents away that I had long before the event. Backed my summoned monster back 10 levels which had nothing to do with the error. Did things like this to everyone affected by the error. Their fix to that? Oh just wait while we look at some things while we cripple your account but here is some meaning less low value rewards while we continue to mess your account up. ✓ VIP - Very Ignored PlayersAs everyone else has said it’s a pay2win game. If you pay enough you get a VIP representative to help you with all your issues. But they don’t. Recently there was a bug in the game in which many players received large amounts of rewards. Again, it was improper coding, not any hacking or gaming the system. In response KG removed the rewards obtained, even though the glitch was only available to people who had paid for the event. Personally things were removed from my account that I had paid for and had been saving for a long time. The VIP service has been adamant that what occurred was proper and that nothing was improperly removed. Hopefully you think twice before downloading this game and wasting money on all of their “specials.”.Version: 1.0.389

✓ False advertisingDon’t be swayed by the cute red and blue ogres gathering stuff and fighting each other or the detailed stronghold building where you have full control over what you see. These DO NOT feature in the game. I’ve spent a few hours playing and ‘merging’ and find the game perplexing. It’s over complicated outside the merge feature with an emphasis on taking your hard earned cash to make any progress. Sad really, the trailer looks like a game I’d spend money on…. ✓ Sketchy and glitchyI had to delete this game after an hour. In addition to my battery using over 10% my phone also got incredibly hot. I usually charge my iphone every two days and am a heavy game user, so this game's experience was startling. It makes me question if they are using my phone's processing for anything other than the game. As far as have play, it's a basic tower defense game and they quickly try to get you to purchase things nonstop to keep playing. I noticed several glitches when playing. Sometimes characters wouldn't merge, but would still take up a spot. Other characters would be locked in place randomly. ✓ Be prepared to pay for their errorsRecently this game had an event that brought plasters across servers to fight for a throne. In the server we were in the game glitched resulting in players who had spent money losing their heals. The game gave everyone a reward as an apology but didn’t return the heals we spent money on. Some players losing out on hundreds of dollars. The developers then decided to compensate and return heals for SOME players but not all. They unfairly decide who is worthy of having their purchases returned to them and who is not, choosing to not spread the fix for their mistake among all in server. Extremely disappointed and guess I will not longer be buying packs in this game. If there is an error on their end that forces you to waste the resources u purchased only the ones the developers choose to be worthy will have the items returned to them..Version: 1.0.246

✓ Bad experience with bugsThis game started well and the strategy part of the game is very fun and engaging. And the international connections are great… sBUT THE CODING IS HORRIBLE! Since I started playing month ago, there have been countless bugs, with empty apologies and very tiny compensation offered for the trouble they cause. The game is not new and 4 months into the new feature, Broken Lands, there was a major glitch at UTC000 on 31st Oct where some players got multiple copies of rewards for BL. So since UTC0024 yesterday they closed the game for maintainence until UTC2100ish. Just now they closes the game again for 3h and did a ROLLBACK to 30th Oct instead of 31st WITHOUT WARNING. Took away items purchased but did not return the gems used to purchase them. Now I can’t even place my castle on the map, which means I can’t actually participate in the game at all. 🙄 TERRIBLE game exp!.Version: 1.0.299
✓ Penalised for their mistakesThe developers made a mistake on the reward distribution for one of their events. Then proceeded to roll back the rewards AND other aspects of the game that had not been affected by their mistake. In affect they have deleted peoples progress and the money some players have invested to make said progress. Basically to fix a mistake on their doing they have stolen players money and time. It does encourage you to spend money and there are certainly some players who treat it like a slot machine, but overall the game is quite fun especially once the teamplay phase sets in. However, it crashes frequently for no apparent reason, and offers no error messages as feedback. I raised this with the developer but was only asked to check my network connection, which is fine. I guess they don’t know how to fix it or simply don’t care. Still, restarting the game always corrects it for a while, so it’s a tolerable irritation. ✓ Alliance Challenges and BugsThe biggest complaint is the bugs. I constantly get kicked off the game. I have been playing for a little over a month, every day it happens more than once. I have to reload and most of the time it is when I start on the world. When I come back after it’s reloaded, I have unclaimed rewards, which is frustrating. I could have used more rewards such as stones or books to be upgraded on something else. Also, after signing in after a few days, it doesn’t recognize on the alliance challenges for the 3 day log in reward. Therefore the alliance points are not added. Someone in the alliance who joined shortly after I did and was auto promoted and able to participate in alliance challenges. When I had changed alliances, I had to wait 7 DAYS to start participating in any of the alliance challenges which was very frustrating. I was also active chatting, saying hello and adding helpful tips that were later deleted. I gained quite a few points on the leaderboard even without the challenges, but I enjoy completing them for more. Overall the game is fun, very fast paced and I really enjoy opening the chests and upgrading my heros. Please fix the bug problem, I may not continue with this game, if this continues..Version: 1.0.225

✓ ConfusedPlayed this TD for about an hour and being a fan of the genre I was very hopeful about it. However the game quickly became confusing with power up Ads, maps and sub menus that had all manner of options and various ways to spend money on advancement. The team and community angle and the push to join that side of the game was also a bit of a turn off. The actual game play and management grids for power ups was quite unique though. For someone that loves their TD games it was just all too busy and confusing for anyone that just wants to open up a game and start playing. Our alliances love this game but it’s getting to the point, we’re getting fed up with the developers lack of the customers. I read a stat where they pull in 3 million USD MONTHLY!! Trying to add ridiculous stuff the game play. Now incorporating another server of players that, with just one person, can demolish a whole alliance. ✓ Constant bugs, unbalanced, better games out thereMost recent issue is a near 24-hour maintenance issue with the game because an in game error occurred allowing many people to get basically unlimited high tier weapons, gems (premium currency) and such if you were online at a certain time. After being down for about 18 hours, we had 4-5 hours to catch up on the days events, only to be given another maintenance (currently at 5 hours) to try and remove all all the extra / duplicate items… many people lost legitimate items while others benefited from the game error. I’m unsure if there will be an ability to balance it back out, without screwing people in the process. Besides this issue, there are multiple bugs, glitches, unfair server matchups in regards to power level / activity, etc.. it really comes down to being a P2W game, but now that’s even messed up with people losing their items. Kind of a mess. Cannot / will not recommend, I only play it to waste time and enjoy the company of friend’s I’ve made, otherwise I would uninstall..Version: 1.0.299

The devs constantly are making updates (which helps keep some things fresh) but they also introduce new bugs that cause huge swings in balance with the game. Ultimately the game itself is dying as players leave and older servers are unable to get new players. Unless you are willing to pay to play, you won’t get on top of the leaderboards. Events make it so that only the highest power players can win which don’t really make the events any fun. The game is full of bugs, crashes and the latest feature they added called Broken Lands is probably the worst thing added to a mobile game. There is no balance anymore when it comes to resources. The current events all require the same thing which divides your focus be it scrolls for healing or potions for AP. One of the main gathering resources is mithril which used to be a very good way to buy materials to expand your alliance and personal castle. NOW they are limiting again what you can do because players are able to further grow their castles and strength without being COMPLETELY reliant on spending real money. The business decision was put in to limit players ability to gather resources to FORCE players to spend more money. There are people who have spent 10s of thousands and more on this app. The only way to compete or even enjoy it is if you do the same. Original version servers have always be catered to, giving them easy access to resources and not putting a limit on how high they can level up certain aspects of the game. While newer version servers have had a limit to what they can do, and scavenge for the same resources. On top of all that, they decided to let original version servers match up against the newer version servers in cross server platforms, and expect everyone to believe that’s fair. They were practically separate games, just used the same characters and models. They are either oblivious, or they do not care about how absolutely unfair this has made the game. The comparison from what original version accounts have paid for power accumulation, compared to newer version servers pay/power is ridiculous. The math has been done, and presented to them by both original version accounts, and newer version accounts. Original version accounts would have had to pay about 1/3 of what the newer version accounts would have had to pay for certain aspect of their power.
