Okay, no big deal I will try it. Then I get a receipt for the full year. They charged me $64 and I can’t get out of it. My only option is to not renew for 2023. Does not offer alternative exercises or modifications for injuriesThere are many things I really enjoy about this app. However, it does not accommodate for injuries. I have two frozen shoulders from which I’m recovering and I can’t do the majority of these yoga exercises that require my arms to be fully straighten up. There are no modifications offered for such a situation. It would be nice if this had some sort of questionnaire prior to beginning a work out that asked questions about injuries and such.
