✓ The big lieThis product is trash. Don’t spend any money on this camera! The advertisement stated that it is made in the United States. Not true, I know this because I received an email stating that the product was being prepared for shipment to the USA. Once I received it, the User Manual I found that I needed to use a magnifying glass to try to read the instructions. Once I did that and downloaded the app more problems were realized. ✓ Security cameraI tried to send mine back for a refund and told I can’t do that, because there is no address and they don’t except returns, every company excepts returns what is up with this company, which I feel is a scam, would not recommend any of there products and don’t ever buy anything from this company. ✓ Half a starThe camera I bought is not of excellent quality, but that was to be expected. This app makes it absolutely useless. It does nothing. It’s almost impossible to use remotely, does not save settings, so won’t record on its own. You must view directly and record manually. That is, if the camera decides to connect for more than 25 seconds. I believe the app is the main problem here. ✓ Just a cameraI got mine today and the instructions are very hard to follow I got the thing to work but realized I was badly mistaken to think this would operate like a ring device IT DOESNT! It is just a camera that you can log into like a baby cam or something and take a look around that area. It doesn’t notify you of movement or any thing. ✓ Motion detection doesn’t work.I had no problem connecting this device and set up was reasonably ok. some others descriptions were poor. After screwing around for about 30 minutes, I was able to trigger the motion detection once. Mind you the camera was moving all the time. And the setting was set to high. ✓ Hard to set up no ability to view a split screen view with 2 or more camerasI had to setup 2 WiFI Panorama Cameras on the same network. The instructions first of all were too small to read. The camera setup was difficult to achieve. I ended up having to delete the app and reset the cameras twice to eventually them both online. The quality of the cameras viewing is fair to say the least but for the price I guess as expected. The software is ok to use however there is no ability to view via a split screen more than one camera live at a time. ✓ Light bulb cameraSo far two days that I’ve had it can’t get it to do anything I’ve even called every name in the book and that didn’t work either. ✓ Thanks for update - however...I use this JXLCAM app to interface directly with a XD WIFI mini cam as the AP. Am running ithe app on a iPhone 7 with IOS 16. It seems to work like it's supposed to except for 1 MAJOR exception: When pressing the camera button to take a single photo, a message is briefly displayed that says "completed", but the photo is never saved to the phone's photo roll. 😖 Taking videos works perfectly though and they are saved like they should be. This is a serious issue that needs to be resolved before I can give this app more stars. PLEASE correct this for the next update! Thanks.Version: 1.2.7

✓ Misleading functionalityYou cannot view the monitoring anytime, anywhere. This is a false claim. You need to be connected to your local wifi to see the camera operating. Whilst it says it supports screen capture and video recordings, you need to be within the app to use these functions. Camera quality is ok but I have seen better at the same price point. It is too easy to reset the device to factory default settings using the reset button. This button should be located elsewhere on the device that is more difficult to get to. The software lacks basic functions such as the ability to view two or more cameras at the same time and notifications. Not what it was advertised as having. ✓ OkayBought an $8 camera from Temu. Setup was easy. Just had to disable 5ghz wifi on my eero mesh network to connect with 2.4ghz. Quality is decent for its price. The UX of the app is a bit poor, but usable. Only thing that sucks is that you can't scrub the memory card video. Even if you watched a whole video, you wouldn't know you were at the end of the video cause it just freezes at the last frame. It's impossible to find something in the footage through the app. You'd have to take out the memory card and search on a computer..Version: 1.3.7

There is no ability in the software to set a trip field that then sends an alarm message so that you are aware that someone is in the vicinity of the camera.
