✓ Deceptive Customer ServiceThis company has the worst support I’ve ever used. They ignored unresolved credit disputes for over five months, ignored requests to cancel, and continue to charge my credit card without authorization after I cancelled my subscription. ✓ MisleadingI couldn’t believe it when Dolvy increased my credit score 100 points a month into using it…but when I checked the other two bureaus, they showed vastly different numbers. I refuted and corrected an incorrect item on my credit report just to learn that it has been attempted to be removed but instead it was validated on the other bureaus report. It seems Dovly makes up their own numbers that make you very excited just to learn that it’s not what it seems.Dani&devVersion: 4.0.2

✓ Don’t do for building creditIf you are building credit the last thing you want to do is to pay for subscriptions or annual fees on a credit card this company advertises offers for you to build your credit with these trash companies and you get left with more unnecessary money coming out of your pocket, i recently got my credit back on track and in my opinion your best bet is to speak to a financial advisor from a credit union, they are there to help this company is here to make money on the advertising it gets paid for to get more customers to more bad loans. ✓ App does not work well at allExtremely frustrated with this company. They have charged me 3 times for 2 months. Their support is very hard to get a hold of and I have premium but my disputes were not sending to all 3 bureaus. The app is horrible. It doesn’t show anything about the collections shown who to contact or the company it just shows numbers and this symbol ****. ✓ MisleadingThey state you don’t need a credit card or anything to sign up which is true but once you sign up they guide you to your credit report and only allow you to dispute one item for free. ✓ Be weary of the credit disputingI am very disappointed with this company and their service. I thought these guys could improve my credit score by having them dispute (3) accounts and my Equifax and Experian credit score both dropped so I unsubscribed from their monthly subscription and turned to customer service for some answers. I admit, I probably should have known better about my credit but I assumed they were the experts. I would think that they should have the expertise to stop me from disputing any accounts that could actually hurt my credit score, but that wasn't what happened. They could not give me any answers to the reasoning that my credit score dropped and would eventually go radio silent after promising to get back to me. I have 3 inquiries but they don’t have the dispute option. ✓ Information overloadI liked it before went all you had to do was click on something you want it to be disputed and have it disputed and now whenever you click on something you want to dispute there’s so much option. It’s so confusing and it’s a little too much in order to have one simple item to be disputed, and unfortunately I just went ahead and joint credit repair because it’s easier. I miss having to just click on something to have it disputed automatically because sometimes it comes back as unsuccessfully and all this is after the new long updated list of possible reasons to dispute..Gfuture34Version: 3.0.23
