✓ Eases my mindI am thankful for this app , my 2019 r/t challenger was stolen and I had no way to find out the location of my car other than trusting the chp and people at LoJack to get it back . After getting my new car I slept in it for the first month , out of fear of it being stolen or messed with after the tires were slashed . Come to find out it has this amazing app that not only allows me to check n make sure my vehicle is locked but it gives me live location information 24:7 and alerts me if door handles are even attempted to be opened. Plus it’s got it’s only stolen vehicle security/ vehicle locator system that’ll help get it back . I give dodge props for this one ..MoparkingIncVersion: 1.58.3

✓ Good, but should be much betterLong story short, my vehicle was stolen but was recovered with the help of this app. I was able to get an approximate location and then use the horn and lights to locate it. I have alerts set up when the vehicle leaves home and if it’s driven at a certain time. But since it was the middle of the night, I didn’t see them until I woke up. If these alerts are available, why are we not able to lockdown the vehicle from the app if it’s stolen? If a curfew alert is setup, why don’t we have the option to keep the vehicle immobile unless unlocked from the app even if the fob (which in my case was a cloned fob when the vehicle was stolen) is in the vehicle? The security features should be much stronger other than just being notified of what’s going on. If we are able to remote start, lock and unlock, and get the location of the vehicle, then there is no reason why there shouldn’t be much more powerful security features. I am extremely thankful I was able to recover my vehicle and without this app that would not have been possible. But I can’t help but think there could have been more done to prevent this if there were more security features provided by this app..392MoparVersion: 1.83.1

✗ Won’t UpdateI went to use the app to start up my car and I get a notification that there is a security update that I need to install. I go to update via the App Store and it won’t let me update. Luckily I’m still in the trial period because this does not seem like it’s worth paying for. Takes quite a bit to start up car, ALWAYS, no controls for ac/heat like it advertises and now I can’t install a required update. For anybody that might be wondering, my phone is connected to Wi-Fi and plugged into outlet as I’m trying to update so can’t be blamed on that..Thai RiveraVersion: 1.83.4

✗ Can’t add multiple vehiclesIt ported over my Chrysler 300c from the old My Dodge App, but it will not allow me to add my 2018 Scat Pack or my 2006 Ram (both of which are in the old My Dodge app). It gives a suggestion of a number to call which is Sirius Guardian. So this app is essentially useless right now. This is my first and only app review I’ve ever made because it’s frustrating..Penny's dad BillVersion: 1.58.3
