Difficult, to say the leastFirst, like others have mentioned, it finds my car but will not allow me to add it without contacting an agent. Second, there’s a subscription charge??? I just traded my Chevy for a Dodge and Chevrolet provided an app with remote services for FREE. (and it was super simple to use) … UPDATE: Thanks for the response, but unfortunately the app STILL will not allow me to add my vehicle. So cannot use it for anything..Version: 1.83.4

SlowIt takes longer for the remote start to kick in then it does for me to pack up my things , lock up the office and walk around the building to my car.Version: 1.62.2

Can’t find the usefulnessSo ever since the release of this new app, I fail to find anything useful about it. Can’t look up recalls, can’t schedule service, can’t record maintenance records but it sure is good at trying to sell you junk. Before this latest update i could at least see my maintenance records carried over from the old app, even if the data was all messed up IE out of order, wrong mileage, wrong date. But now the app is completely useless. The partner app Uconnect doesn’t work for my 2013 Dart. I hope the old version keeps working or i guess I’ll just get pen/paper to keep my records. My 2cents worth is scrap the whole thing and just keep updating the old version..Version: 1.54.5

DisappointedDodge app itself is a good app but the safe feeling of protection is not there. My SRT was stolen and within 12 minutes the GPS was disconnected and my SUV was gone forever. Top it all off I was on hold each time I tried to check up on it for at least 30 plus minutes.. I am such a Dodge fan but feel something needs to be done to protect the under 2 minutes theft of a high end vehicle..Version: 1.79.2

Follow up due to lame developer responseSo the developer basically responded that their new app ‘update’ needs a subscription whereas the old Mopar one didn’t (to use basic features such logging service data and looking up vehicle information). So in other words instead of trying to keep existing customers happy and engaged, they are doing quite the opposite. Yup - am deleting their useless app!.Version: 1.58.3

Can’t add my car to my accountI was using the MOPAR app and it worked well for years. It now says i need to switch to the Dodge app. I logged in but i can’t add my car to the account. It said i needed to call am agent to add my car so i clicked the link and the agent said they could not add the car to my account unless i had a sirius guardian subscription, which i don’t want. I just want to add my car to my account on the Dodge app so i can check auto service and warranty info..Version: 1.62.5

HorribleThis app doesn’t even deserve one star! Uconnect app could start my car within 30 seconds. Now it takes 3 to 5 minutes to start. All it does is continually spin and then sends alert that my car cannot start, and claim there is an issue with my car. Which none of this was true! Start failed. The following conditions may cause your Remote Start to fail: Gear selector not in PARK Door(s) open Hood open Liftgate open Hazard switch on Brake switch active (brake pedal pressed) Battery not at an acceptable charge level System disabled from previous Remote Start event Vehicle Security Light is not flashing Ignition in ON position PANIC button is pushed Fuel level does not meet minimum requirement Vehicle Security system is signaling an intrusion Malfunction Indicator Light is illuminated I will not be renewing my subscription for remote start since there is there is not an app to support it..Version: 1.79.2

App does not work!!! Beware!Installed the app and signed in. After trying to locate my VIN, it throws up the error message “error occurred while loading, please try again later” every single time. I have tried reinstalling, reregistering my VIN, but same error. Dont waste your time on this app when they cant waste their time fixing bugs and glitches!.Version: 1.41.6

Vehicle location and vehicle report not workingIt would be 5 stars but unfortunately the Vehicle location and vehicle health report don’t work, when i hit refresh on vehicle location it tries to load but it does not, only shows location from a couple days ago, not current. And the vehicle health report never has worked since last year, even though I’m paying for the most expensive subscription.Version: 1.62.3

What happened?I have a 2016 dodge Durango. I used to really like this at the $500 for the Wi-Fi seemed like a bit much especially when it loses signal constantly I thought it would be great for road trips but as soon as you’re not in a busy area, there’s no signal at all, that’s a waste of money. As far as the app goes now it says it’s no longer supported and I have to use the Dodge app only even though my Wi-Fi and everything on my screen as you connect. The Dodge app doesn’t do any of the fluids or anything else so it’s totally worthless. I hope you guys get it figured out..Version: 1.79.2

Needs workThe opening page feels cluttered. The remote icons are too small and there’s too much information there. A simpler remote page with larger icons would be better. There should be a way to tell the current vehicle status (doors unlocked or locked). There should be a scheduling feature where you can schedule certain times for a remote start (everyday at 7am before you leave for work)… other manufacturers have this feature in their remote app. A faster response time would be great. It takes quite a while to receive confirmation after you send a remote command (lock doors, remote start)..Version: 1.76.2

Not all features are available with a paid subscriptionI rated 2 stars, the but app could easily be 4+ if all the features were active and available for use with a paid subscription. I have an active Sirius XM Guardian Convenience & Security subscription, but the Family Drive Alerts and other remote features (e.g. Boundary Alert; Valet Alert) in that plan are not available on the app, so I am paying for features that I am unable to use. These features were initially available for use for a week after the subscription went active, but disappeared from the app. I just hope when I need other features such as Stolen Vehicle Assistance that the app will support in the time of need. If this goes on much longer, I am considering canceling my subscription and asking for a refund..Version: 1.62.2

Must purchase Sirius subscription to useThis app will show you nothing other than the car you own without a Sirius xm Guardian subscription. Completely useless. The old app let you schedule service, find dealers, view maintenance records, suggested maintenance, owner’s manual warranty info it even gave you coupons to use at the dealer, ALL FOR FREE. this new app literally shows you nothing unless you pay.Version: 1.58.3

Vehicle healthI do not know when the system checks the cars heath. I show a warning from 12/22 and it’s 10/23. When will it check the health again? Also when unlocking/locking car it takes well over 10 seconds. I have aftermarket remote start and lock/unlock apps for other vehicles and it’s instant..Version: 1.76.2

Step backwardsThis app feels like it’s still an early beta. I keep getting “new vehicle report” multiple times per day but it still says the most recent report is a month old. It takes more steps to see car info and the tire pressure never shows properly. The Apple Watch app constantly has to reconnect. The older Uconnect app is still way more useful than this one..Version: 1.58.3

Won’t start my 2016 Durango CidatelThe Ucoonect app which works fine was retired and I was instructed to download this app. It logs in fine and brings up my cars info but it will not start the vehicle. Prompt me for the PIN and accepts it but keeps spinning and car never starts. Eventually give me the following error: Start failed. Worthless Unless You PayApparently you need a Uconnect subscription to even add your car to this app. That’s stupid. With the old My Dodge app, everything I needed was right there, no subscription needed. With this app, when go to add my 2017 Challenger, it says it can’t add my car and prompts me to call an an agent. I did, (after waiting through a minute of robot SiriusXM stuff) and the dude told me I need a subscription to even add my car. That’s so stupid. This is clearly a marketing thing to urge us to get a subscription to even use the app. I bought this car, shouldn’t have to pay a $15 subscription to use half the features in it..Version: 1.67.2

Need to go back to the original Uconnect AppThis new app replaces the original Uconnect app. The original app was a much cleaner and easier to use. It showed everything on the opening page, including fuel level, this feature is completely gone with this new app. Fuel was a very important display, it’s gone. I’m probably going to cancel my subscription, the app has never worked as promised, door lock and unlock only works sometimes. VERY DISAPPOINTED..Version: 1.79.2

UselessUpdate since my last review…It’s still trash! Even after yesterday’s update, I scan my VIN, it says “scan a valid VIN.” So I enter manually. The app immediately crashes. I try one more time, and it crashes again. First review: VIN scan doesn’t work, and neither does entering it manually. Then it tells you to call an agent, and the only options are for Sirius Guardian subscriptions. I know now that I’m far from the only one with this issue. Since this is such a common issue, and has been for months, I don’t see why I have to send an email to some general inbox, where it’ll sit for weeks or months, then reply with “try reinstalling the app.” Maybe try…you know…FIXING THE APP!!!.Version: 1.70.3

UselessI like the features, but they don’t work. I’m an idiot and lose my keys if I take them out so I keep them in there. I know I shouldn’t but I had a Ford fusion and did the same and my app always worked. If this app does work to unlock it, it takes at least 2 minutes while just spinning. Been sitting here for 15 minutes trying to unlock it, says successful, but nothing happens. Tried starting it, said engine started and once I cancelled it “engine stopped. “ nothing happened. Took a chance going with dodge and everything has gone wrong. (Not just the app).Version: 1.70.4

Can’t get past legal agreement pageWhat is with this app? I set up login info and then got the legal agreement page. I agreed to the terms. Get an error message on the terms of agreement page every time I try to use the app. Been this way for 2 weeks..Version: 1.73.7

The upgrade doesn’t workAfter noticing that my ucconect app says I have to upgrade to this app nothing works anymore. When you login it wants me to add a vehicle. But it won’t move from the screen at all. No way to enter a vehicle. Now I can’t see where my vehicle is parked or anything else. Typical upgrade and loose what was once working fine..Version: 1.79.2

Won’t let me connect my vehicleSo it won’t scan the VIN, so I decide to enter it manually just to tell me my vehicle can’t be added to my account and to contact an agent. So I call but brings me to Sirius XM guardian and even after going through with them and having them register the vehicle to me, I still can’t connect my car to the app. This app is a waste of space..Version: 1.83.1

UselessIts been nothing but a headache trying to add my 2020 charger r/t to the app. I called an agent and they told me i needed a subscription so I got one. They were so quick to take my money but its been weeks and I still haven’t been able to add my vehicle. Every time i manually enter my vin the app just crashes. Can’t add carI had the Uconnect app and it worked fine. It made me “update” to this app. Now I can’t add my car to it. I come and see the reviews and it looks like the last 4 reviews are people with the same issue. I shouldn’t have to email my vin # to “someone” ….what’s the issue with the app? Wouldn’t accept my vinKept telling me invalid vin. I just deleted it. Stuff just needs to work. I’m not gonna pay for more when I already pay for the car. Nor am I gonna wait for however long it takes for someone to get back to me. It seemed like a cool feature to have but I’m not gonna jump through hurdles. It’s not worth that much effort..Version: 1.70.4

App doesn’t let me add my carI bought a brand new 2022 Scatpack widebody challenger in September of 2022. Since then, I have still not been able to get my vehicle to load up with manually entering the last 8 digits of the VIN. You just get a prompt to call a SIRIUS XM agent and have to pay to unlock the app. I paid $60k for a car and the app should be free. Shame on Dodge for capitalizing on something that should be the customer’s right. At least when I had a 2018 Ford Mustang, I could use the Ford Pass app to lock/unlock/sound horn/locate my car, as well as see the different health reports and information about service intervals..Version: 1.70.4

Absolute junkHad this app since March 29th which is the day I bought my dodge and it worked maybe a week and hasn’t since. My fuel level never moves and the last vehicle health report was 40 days ago. Locking and unlocking don’t work very well. Thank god I’m still in the free trial phase of the service otherwise it would have been a waste of money..Version: 1.67.2

App will not accept my VINWhen I put in the last 8 digits of VIN it states it found my VIN but when I press NEXT it keeps giving me an error occurred message. Tried logging out & logging back in & same thing. Tried deleting the My Dodge and My Mopar apps then trying again in the new app. Still getting error message. I have checked the VIN 5 times and I am entering in the correct VIN. I’m deleting the app because it does me no good it I can get it to accept my VIN..Version: 1.41.6

Won’t UpdateI went to use the app to start up my car and I get a notification that there is a security update that I need to install. I go to update via the App Store and it won’t let me update. Luckily I’m still in the trial period because this does not seem like it’s worth paying for. Takes quite a bit to start up car, ALWAYS, no controls for ac/heat like it advertises and now I can’t install a required update. For anybody that might be wondering, my phone is connected to Wi-Fi and plugged into outlet as I’m trying to update so can’t be blamed on that..Version: 1.83.4

*APP DEVELOPERS PLEASE READ*we need notifications that say if our vehicles doors are unlocked!The app could easily be 4+ stars. We should be able to see if our vehicles doors are locked (notification that doors are unlocked) or if our windows are down much like other competitor auto apps. (like Toyota) also a picture of our vehicle and the color it's in used to appear on the top when you open the app it is now no longer there ? I don't understand why that was a nice little feature (please bring it back) and the last thing would be the vehicle health report mine says it was last updated 73 days ago.. when I get emails saying my monthly update is available but I can never see it even if I refresh the report page or restart the app or anything. I'm still being displayed the vehicle report from when I first got the app. I hope you guys could fix these small issues and add these small features to easily get a 5 star rating..Version: 1.73.7

Not that greatThe app doesn’t tell you if your doors are unlocked or locked, if the engine is running or not, battery voltage, etc. I’ve had way better after market installed drones with better apps. Also there are no push notifications to your phone/watch and doesn’t seem to be available through sms either. Only email notifications as well for extra things. Who is checking their email for theft alarm and malfunction notifications?? Makes no sense. When I start my vehicle I have to stare at my phone to make sure it starts because there’s no push notification to the phone and many times it the vehicle starts but it hasn’t actually started. To see a notification you have to go to the log in the app if you miss it. And the price for the subscription is astronomical just be able to start your vehicle remotely from your phone and it doesn't even include the radio subscription! Very disappointed in Dodge/mopar/guardian for the whole bit because there is definitely room for improvement. Also my Ford has a starter to start from my phone and we don’t pay a dime for it and we get all the same notifications complete with push notifications to our phones. Still not super great but at least it’s free!.Version: 1.83.1

App does not workAll the information displayed in the app preview is not available on the app. I have to reselect my dealer every time I use the app even right after I select my dealer and click on something else I have to go back again to select my dealer again to see the information. Ok appI have been a Dodge /U connect patron, since the migration… from Uconnect and into T-Mobile this Dodge app does not start remotely, it has vehicle locator but the features to open/lock/start/ shut down works maybe 2/15 tries. I’ve tweaked every setting and disabled them for 24 hours with the security of the phone and I realized it’s the application. I have the T-Mobile system..which I think maybe also part of the problem..Version: 1.79.2

Hah?Like, what does this App actually DO? I’m prompted to download the ‘new’ Dodge App…ok….I do so…..asks for my VIN…..and NOTHING. Just keeps asking me to enter my VIN even though the App successfully found the VIN. I just get an endless loop to enter my VIN again. Finds it, but asks again for it. Ok, I tap ‘account’ and pull up ‘My Garage’ and car listed. But I JUST GAVE the App the correct VIN. Get on the ball Dodge. The 21st Century was 22yrs ago. I expect better. Can’t add multiple vehiclesIt ported over my Chrysler 300c from the old My Dodge App, but it will not allow me to add my 2018 Scat Pack or my 2006 Ram (both of which are in the old My Dodge app). It gives a suggestion of a number to call which is Sirius Guardian. So this app is essentially useless right now. This is my first and only app review I’ve ever made because it’s frustrating..Version: 1.58.3

App not working correctlyThis app has worked great since I got it but I just logged in to see if I could schedule a routine full car inspection and there is no way to see my previous service records or anything related to any dealership. HorribleThis app that replaces UConnect is so much worse ! I own a Dodge Charger and it shows my vehicle as a Dodge Hornet. Unable to search my dealer and save. Unable to see service history records. I’ve contacted SXM Guardian and UConnect over these issues. Why would you all switch from UConnect to brand apps when they don’t even work properly ? The screen layout is horrible. It blows my mind we went from UConnect to this trash that doesn’t even work !! I’ve deleted app multiple times and reinstalled it and still doesn’t work. My vehicle is in My Garage on Mopar with all my info and Dodge app is to show the SAME ! Not only doesn’t it show correct vehicle it doesn’t work !!!.Version: 1.76.2

App is trash, & should be freeLocation doesn’t update, dodge blames Uconnect, Uconnect blames dodge; everything is updated, I’m standing next to the car in the driveway outside in an open area!! and the people on the phone want to tell me that it’s because my car is probably parked in a building preventing satellites from transmitting signals, yeaaa okay! It’s outside and I’m standing right next to it!! Last update was over a week ago & says it’s in someone’s driveway 3 miles from my house that I have never even been to. Every request for update location fails, valet doesn’t actually work either. For $250 a year this app is TRASH!!! Oh and the start engine feature fails about 90% of the time. No refunds are allowed and unfortunately in order to use certain features in my car I’m required to pay for this app every single year!.Version: 1.83.4

Doesn’t workI previously used the Mopar and Dodge apps with no issues. They both showed that I needed to upgrade to the new Dodge version. I downloaded it. This version doesn’t accept the last 8 characters of my VIN for my 2008 Charger. Says vehicle not found. Then scan function does the same. So it’s useless. Appears that I’m not the only one with the issue. And yes, I deleted and reinstalled with no change..Version: 1.62.3

Forced Update to JunkI currently use the Drive Dodge app, but noticed I had to update to the Dodge app because the previous was no longer supported. The previous app had useful information for me about both my “older 2014” Dodges, even without a Uconnect subscription. It appears now with the new Drive Dodge app, you HAVE to have a Uconnect subscription in order to see anything of use (I can only see my VIN, that’s literally it)…and since one of my Dodges isn’t capable of Uconnect, it doesn’t even shoe in my garage anymore. New app is completely useless for me…requires “new” models I suppose..Version: 1.41.6

Unable to view service recordsUntil recently I was able to view my service records. Now it shows “failed to load all records” with a “try again” link however it fails to refresh. It also won’t load my dealership information. Everything else work well..Version: 1.76.2
