✓ Application performance issues and bugsPretty glitchy application. I constantly need to reactivate my Face ID access because it will always default back to entering my password. Locking and unlocking features always work but the remote start feature only works 1 out of every 10 times on the first try. Using my iPhone 12 Pro (fully updated as of 7/1/23) I was able to get past login screen when I first registered, but then app crashed twice when entering VIN. Of the shelf looking JavaScript toasts, and password reset requirements that restrict the use of some characters and set a 16 char maximum. Makes me worried passwords are saved in plain text in a table somewhere, probably in a fixed size field. ✓ Nice but needs workRemote start from the app is very buggy. More often than not, it starts the engine but then it quickly shuts down. Repeating the process does not work, and you’re back to starting the car with the interior push-button, so what’s the point? A good idea that just isn’t fully there.
