De VWPFS Mobility app is de ideale aanvulling op de VWPFS mobiliteitskaart. Deze app is uw reisbegeleider bij alle mogelijkheden die uw mobiliteitskaart biedt.
Routeplanner
Met de routeplanner plant u eenvoudig uw reis van deur tot de deur. Hierbij heeft u de keuze uit diverse vormen van mobiliteit. Auto, trein, tram, bus, metro, deelauto’s, deelscooters, taxi, lopen of fietsen of een combinatie hiervan.
Administratie | Reiskostenvergoeding | Thuiswerkdagen
De app is direct gekoppeld aan uw VWPFS mobiliteitskaart en uw online VWPFS Mobility portaal. Alle transacties zijn in de app zichtbaar. Ook kunt u hier gelijk aangeven of een transactie zakelijk, privé of voor woon-werk is geweest. Swipe eenvoudig links of rechts. Verder kunt u ook projectcodes selecteren als uw werkgever daar om vraagt.
Reiskostenvergoedingen op basis van gereisde kilometers of vergoedingen voor thuiswerkdagen, al deze zaken kunt u met deze app beheren en worden automatisch met uw werkgever afgestemd.
GPS tracker
Het vastleggen van uw reizen is ook mogelijk via de ingebouwde GPS tracker, bijvoorbeeld om een vergoeding van uw werkgever te krijgen voor het gebruik van uw eigen auto voor een zakelijke reis. De GPS tracker geeft duidelijk het aantal kilometers weer en biedt de mogelijkheid tot het administreren hiervan.
