✗ Avoid Firehouse SubsNot only is the app glitchy (didn’t receive points for four purchases despite scanning the code in the app), but service in-store and over the help section of the app itself is as bad as it could be. The in-store minimum wage workers have no clue and do not care about helping with the app experience. Then, the support agent named Trista Batton promised me over email the missing that points would be sent in ‘a few business days’ to my account because of the many glitches that occurred throughout August. Two weeks later and no points have been sent, and they have stopped responding to any messages. You lost a customer who enjoyed visiting your restaurants regularly, and I’m recommending that my friends and family, and anyone else reading this, follows suit..Version: 6.18.1
