✓ Was good at first but now…I’ve been using this app since the 2020 during the pandemic and at first it was one of the main delivery services I used because they had a good variety of things you could mainly get if you were to go to the grocery store. And I liked to use it especially for little things like snacks and beverages. But now I barely have no use for it anymore because their items have become a bit overpriced, and almost all of my favorite snacks and drinks I usually buy are always out of stock! And it takes so long for them to come back in stock. I also don’t feel like there are many good deals anymore like price drops on items or getting a percentage off your order unless you spend a major amount of money or something. Until there’s a bit of a change in those areas, I don’t really think I’ll be using this app that much anymore..Version: 4.13.0
✓ Excellent serviceAlways reliable. Quick deliveries. I have used this app at least 50 times. They have great deals, their fam membership is cheap and gives good rewards and free delivery. Only twice have I had a delivery where an item was missing. Both times I recieved incredibly quick service and was given more than the item's value worth of credit added to my account for next time. Literally resolved within less than 24 hours both times. Most recently I was helped by Chloe, a Senior Customer Service Agent who was very understanding and helpful. This is the best delivery service out there and I've tried quite a few. Highly recommended..Version: 5.2.0

✗ Fine enough, but be carefulI’ve been using this app for sometime now and usually the service is fine. This last order, there was a “network error” on the app and I ended up getting charged for 2 orders that the app said never went through. I called their help center told me it’d take 48 hours to get my money back. It’s been 5 days so I called again and was told that I’d have to call my bank to get the charges off my account. The bank said I’ll have to wait another 5 days to get my money back. Least to say this entire experience has been more frustrating than what it was worth. If you get that kind of error, be sure to wait a while before trying again and expect to be out of your money for up to 2 weeks. Especially since you can’t get anything off this app for less than 15 to 20 bucks minimum (with all the extra fees). I’ll be deleting my account and will be going to the store myself from now on. What a waste of my time, money, and energy..Version: 3.26.0
✗ A bit sneakyGood app but the delivery times are always inaccurate. They increased the charge for FAM which I did not know about but still it charged because auto renewal, the points system use to be good but now the point price has gone up a huge amount just for 10% off, the deals on there are good but to really save anymore u have to have fam for free delivery and then spend more than £15-20 so it doesn’t t count as a small order so over time it all adds up which is annoying.Version: 9.7.0
