✓ Absolutely no guidance providedReally basic stuff like how to work with the files you’ve created you have to figure it out and in fact it seems like it just doesn’t have that feature. I have a lot of voice memos on average 30 seconds and I want to process them in a batch and it doesn’t seem to have that ability so I have to spend 30 seconds transcribing it and saving it. I emailed and asked for help and they didn’t respond. On the flipside what it actually does is very robust. I can’t figure out how to work with the files but how to use the file wow! It creates a transcription with a timestamp then you can touch any sentence and it will play that sentence. It also gives you tags at the top where it’s figured the words of the most significance. If you were working with a few files that are very long this thing is awesome.Version: 1.18.2

✓ Stops at certain timesWhen transcribing an audio of a podcast, it stops transcribing after a certain time. It stops at different intervals. Sometime after 5, 7, 10, 12 minutes of transcribing.
