✓ WRONG ANSWERS TO ITIL 4 EXAMI’ve ran through this ‘random 10’ questions a few times now and on a couple of occasions, it’s provided an incorrect answer to a question. EG what practice would help a user gain access to an application they need to use. I responded with Service Request Management and it marked me wrong and stated it was change enablement. This is not correct, users would not raise changes, they would raise standard requests. One other question asked what the primary focus of Problem Management was, I don’t recall the questions but it stated to get the service up and running again as soon as possible, that’s also wrong- that’s incident management. Keep away from this app as you’ll walk into an ITIL exam confused and possibly fail if you’re taking in what this app provides an answers..Version: 1.2.6
