I don’t know if their incompetent or if their app is broken but when I try to cashout it prompts me for verification I submitted the information and documentation that they requested but nothing was done. Now I have no idea who has my drivers license and selfie along with my my personal information. Please be cautious with this application I am at the point that I will be contacting their payment processor which is stripe since no one that represents the app will contact me back or answer my emails. Grossly unprofessional time to expose this scam for what it is, they’re collecting information on people and stealing identities I’ve had to put a credit lock on my credit profile.
