Organically Grounded was created by Marlaina Pate, who struggled for years to find a workout that her body responded positively due to her sever Scoliosis curve. She started combining the practice of Pilates and yoga - creating a low impact workout fusion called “The OG Method”. This method allowed her to tone her body while keeping her scoliosis curve mobile and body feeling great!

✓ Great exercises to strengthen your back and coreI am loving this app and the exercises. I love that the challenges are only 7 days which make them attainable. Marlaina’s voice is motivating yet gentle and supportive. I like that there are small breaks to catch your breath in between. I was looking for a program that was quick and simple to do after having two babies. I underwent abdominal surgery after my second and Marlaina’s program is helping me build back my strength in my core and back..Version: 5.1.4
