✓ My Customer Service experience todayI was having trouble getting my identity verified so I could make a withdrawal and the initial rep I had was no help at all.. then i tried again and I got A Guy named Matthew in customer service today he went above and beyond instead of just sending me links to articles he thought would help with my questions and even expedited my withdrawal as a 1 time courtesy.. Matthew should just handle all their customer service issues he’s a Legend 10/10.DBlock1500Version: 2023.19.1

✓ Best casino by farLove bet rivers. They are def very generous when it comes to free bingos and the trivia. No other casino does this. With they did have more promos for the casino tho. They focus most bonuses and promotions towards the sports. But one thing is a major issue since the last update. It won’t go to the login in screen on my iPhone only stays on the new yellow screen that says betrivers. Is anyone else having an issue with this. I’ve deleted and reinstalled it 10 times already and I can’t get on at all. Even to contact the support. ✗ 2nd worst platform available in WVAbsolutely horrible customer service in addition to horrific payouts. “despite they have independent auditors” and whatever else the claims are. after depositing over 90k, i finally hit a little bit and then it took them 51/2 days to get me my money. After 90k, i felt obligated to ask for some freeplay, and i got $40. when i mentioned this to my “host” that it was unreasonable , her response “ I’m sorry you feel that way”. My recommendation, as I regularly play all platforms available in WV. Play MGM first, 2nd Draftkings. Stay away from these crooks. DISCLAIMER: This is by no means an angry review. I have lost 20x more on other platforms, but it’s moreso the disrespect from their “VIP” account managers. ✗ Biggest scam of your lifeSo I never write reviews as I think they’re pointless , but I have to write this one as to warn people how big of a scam this app is. I wanted to test out a theory just to see how rigged this casino is as I’ve heard many horror stories. Put in 100 dollars and played blackjack at 1 dollar increments. This isn’t an exaggeration when I say this, but I lost 20 times IN A ROW ! Even with a black jack , dealer gets a black jack , AND I did not think it was ever possible to see 8 black jacks come out consecutively for the dealers. I mean you’d think betting a dollar a hand would last you a while just to enjoy the game leisurely, but how could I when I lost the entire thing in less than 20 minutes. I warn EVERYONE to stay away entirely from this app. I’m not mad about losing the 100 , but cmon if you’re going to rig something , at least try to cover it up..ChumbabyloVersion: 2024.7.1
