✓ My Customer Service experience todayI was having trouble getting my identity verified so I could make a withdrawal and the initial rep I had was no help at all.. then i tried again and I got A Guy named Matthew in customer service today he went above and beyond instead of just sending me links to articles he thought would help with my questions and even expedited my withdrawal as a 1 time courtesy.. So, I said screw it. If everyone is saying you can’t win and the company isn’t cashing out quickly (or not at all per some users), I might as well gamble the money away. I played one of my favorite games and immediately won some money. I cashed out and it was immediately sent to my bank account. Don’t believe the hype. Maybe the problem gamblers are losing. ✓ Great app but my phone gets so hot!I love this app, it makes gambling so effortless, and both the deposit and withdrawal process is simple and painless! Lots of good game selection, I do wish there was a place to recommend new games, but it’s not necessary. My main concern is how hot my phone gets while I play and how fast it drains my battery life.
