✓ DisappointedAlthough I like playing on betrivers it is the only casino app that I can’t open certain games and as a level 10 and premier black card holder I have no host or had anyone reach out to me . Once a year I do get a box of goodies at the holidays , but with Celiac it’s either given away or thrown away since I can’t eat it . ✓ Won’t let u withdraw if under the minimum. Be awareI will never use this app. I deposited the minimum they required which was $10. I did one bet for $1 to try it out but didn’t like many things about it. I tried to withdraw my remaining $9 but the system wouldn’t let me. I contacted customer service and they suggested I gamble more to get it above $10. They also suggested I deposit more, which the minimum is $10, but I may be required to use some of it before I can withdraw it. So basically they are forcing me to gamble the $9 or forcing me to deposit $10 more in order to gamble some of it before they allow me to withdraw. ✓ Won’t give you your money *SCAM DO NOT DOWNLOAD*Downloaded this app a couple months ago, won a bet for around $600 off rip, went to withdraw my money and it said I needed to verify myself so I end up over the span of a week submitted about 10 documents just for them to lock my account and “investigate me” It’s been 2 months now and my account is still locked and i’m now blocked from speaking to customer service not that it matters anyways because they just said wait for an email regarding my account update lol. ✓ Horrible!!!!By far the worst gambling site I’ve been apart of! Constantly requires me to verify/upload documentation to wager and withdraw funds, when everything has been uploaded and verified by them multiple times! Finally got an email that they were able to verify all my info after they took over a month to finally review information the last time. ✓ Losses over winsI’ve had this app for months now and at first it was decent I was getting good wins and then all of a sudden every game I play it just takes my money I know it’s gambling but the losses is more frequent than the wins so I went over to draft kings because of this and they offered 50$ free play for returning customers. This app has no promotions that normal casino players would like to use its only promotions for the sports betting. They could do a lot more with keeping customers and offering some type of promotions every now and then but they don’t. I’m highly debating on just closing my account and telling everyone I know not to download and play it. Just disappointed with the overall app and all. I must say though they have the most slot games than any other app which is probably what has kept me around this long otherwise I would of gave it the boot a while ago. ✓ SCAMMERS AND FRAUDSBEWARE OF THIS APP. Betrivers should be illegal for how often they scam and manipulate their players. After hearing countless stories of betrivers locking player accounts for winning money i had to see if this was true. I deposited $200 to the website and won $255, after the bets settled i tried withdrawing right away. First they told me i can’t withdraw until i upload numerous documents. I obliged and uploaded them. Nearly a week later i get an email asking for my written signature on a consent waiver. I felt like i was being extorted so i obliged once more. The following day i get an email saying my account is locked. I have tried contacting customer support dozens of time but they are no help. ✓ Average at Best - Always pop upsThe app is average at best. It’s much better than when it first came out but only marginally. Every time you log in a pop up shows up. Every single time. After you close the pop up next is a scrolling bar of spam near the top. It’s beyond annoying. Not a single other betting app I use does this. The only reason to ever use this app is to get better odds than at other books. I’ve hoped for a couple of years for it to improve but it always disappoints. ✓ Don’t waste your time or money!I wish I would have listened to the previous comments! They let you win the bare minimum before consistent losses. I had got some free spins in a game, before playing the game an error occurred. I reached out to support, sent pics of the error message and proof that I got the game. No one NEVER reached out to me to say anything! When I reached out to them for an update, I was told “their developer checked and my game was completed and paid out”. After going back and forth with no resolution, I deleted the app! ✓ It’s crazy this has a 4 star review.I can tell you now they paid for that 4 stars. Before it was bet rivers it was sugar house and they have way decently paid people out. Now, you can put 100$ into a game at a dollar a spin and not win even your bet back for those spins. They add “features” to a game with already existing features which make it impossible to get the free spins or any features besides the ones that come across your screen like when rakin bacon rains coins. Used to love 777 strike back before they had the “jackpot” that literally only seems to go off right at the last second. And because they added jackpot reels, you’ll almost never get the original feature anymore. I miss when it was Sugarhouse. I at least felt like I had fun and enjoyed the games, now it’s just nonsense and they just constantly change existing game instead of creating new ones. And end up completely ruining the game. ✓ Do Not Deposit!! Kept my money.They requested a bunch of personal documents like my drivers license and business declaration after I won. But they didn’t ask for any of that when I deposited. ✓ Impossible to withdrawThey make you submit an unreal amount of documents. Then after that they take away all my withdraw methods except bank and going to their casino, and bank won’t work. So I literally cannot get my money out. Support does nothing. ✓ Trash to say the very leastIt’s one of the worst gambling apps out there. They play favorites because the same names flash across the screen winning every single time, except yours. Is it fairly regulated? You can play the same game for 7 consecutive days straight and I promise you, you’ll NEVER get a bonus game and even when you do (which is HIGHLY unlikely), you’ll get very limited wins, nothing to write home about. So no, not fairly regulated. You can play $2000 a day and get a bonus game that will pay you $10-$30. Go figure. ✓ Good luck making a withdrawalThis is an updated review, as I would like to provide a fair assessment as my issue progresses. My withdrawal options were limited to using an online banking service that doesn’t work with my bank, and physically driving to a casino that is over 100 miles away from me. ✓ Old app was betterNothing really works. Most of the slots always error out or just don’t load up even with full signal. Screen freezes a lot or times out. Geo location fails if you move from one spot to another and kicks out you so you have to log back in. ✓ AngryThis app is not better then the old how can you lose signal when on Wi-Fi and have all signal bars up there I don’t understand it. Every 5-10 minutes I get a geo failed. ✓ Endless waitingMight be a good app / sports book. I wouldnt know because their document verification process seems endless before I can even do anything. First they couldn’t verify my address or last 4 digits of SSN (I’ve never had this issue with any other Sportsbook). They ask for photo proof of my drivers license and SS card. I give it to them. It takes them a whole week to even verify it. That wasn’t enough, however. Now they’re asking for certified government mail / utility bill with my address on it. I don’t have utility bills because they’re included with my rent which I Venmo to my landlord. I submit my car’s registration which matches my address perfectly and after 4 MORE days they tell me they won’t accept it. Yeah, I’m good bet rivers. You clearly don’t want my money so I’ll go spend it somewhere else. Literally never had this much b/s verification with any Sportsbook. ✓ Account on Hold 10+ Days for Document RequestMy account has been on hold for over 10 days due to document request. I’ve had to resubmit documents multiple times because they do not provide any feedback. Even after I’ve submitted all documents, I’m stuck in an arbitrary “review period” with no defined ending. During this review period, you can’t withdraw your money or bet. Ironically, they had no issue allowing me to deposit more money(to test), which I also can’t withdraw. I haven’t received any updates on the review, any help from support on resolving the review, or any timeline on when the review will complete. ✓ Zero stars!This app was cool at first but since I won, it’s been nothing but losses! I’ve put in over $1000 the past week and haven’t won anything. I can barely get bonuses features on any games. I’ve also noticed the spins jump or the reels spin and spin and spin, then stop randomly. ✓ Will Not Pay MeI'm going to retract my good review as every customer service agent tells me something different. I hit the Mega on Divine Fortune some 3-4 Days who. Called same night to ask about the prices. Next day, after identifying myself 2x they have to do some internal review. I even had to write their team to approve my own documents. After I wrote, it went straight to the final approval where it's been 28 Hours. Every time I write customer service (have every screenshot) they tell me something different. ✓ Not for IPadsI have had this app on my iPad for a couple of years with no real issues. Suddently, I cannot get it to bring up any casino games. When I click on slots at the top, it stays on whatever promo happens to be up at the time. I can get into sportsbook gambling but if it’s any type of table game (poker, slots, etc) I don’t have access. I deleted & reinstalled - nothing works. I also tried downloading their geo app so I could play on the web site instead. Geo locator does not work. It just keeps telling me to install it even though I already have. My next step is to try to find a chat where I can ask how to fix these issues, but that’s difficult too. Funny thing is- I have absolutely no problems with the app in my iPhone, just my iPad.
