✓ Great game - endless hours of funHowever, levels becoming increasingly harder to complete. You have to fail multiple times to get extra coins to be able to get more equipment or level up the staff. I also find moving patients to some of the equipment or even picking up medication (often resulting in picking up the incorrect item) is very difficult to do on a phone screen is difficult. Nevertheless I do enjoy the game overall. Hope the next update improves the issues.VanityveeVersion: 1.0.31

✓ False advertisementI only downloaded this game because of the ad video. I actually thought I would be picking dirt out of patients ears and nose. I mean I do like the game a little bit but please don’t false advertise again. I was looking forward to doing what was actually happening in the ad video. The game is fine with me but I’m going to eventually delete the game off my phone once I’m tired of playing it. That’s all i have to say and can you please make the actual game the ad video show please. I’m pretty sure a lot more people would want to play it instead of the version were actually playing..TimahWith2Version: 1.0.7

✗ Random adsReally enjoyed playing this game when I first downloaded it. The only ads available were at the end of levels were you could watch them to double coins (but didn’t have to). Now they pop up every couple mins, I’m deleting the game until the ads stop. It’s a shame because I really like that it wasn’t so cluttered with ads but it’s just as bad as other games now..Morgs98xxVersion: 1.0.19

✗ ADs intermittently hang the app and does not give the rewardIf I am willing to watch the ADs, I expect to get the reward and continue to play the game. This issue started recently and the developer support page only accepts quality issue reports for paid rewards. Either the AD hangs or it plays the AD but does not give any way to return to the game. Only option is to close the app and restart it, but I also don’t get the reward. Also the game play does not match what is shown in the ADs in other apps..LadyCeresVersion: 1.0.14
