✓ Lovely cute gameI just recently downloaded this app a few days ago and I am loving it so far. I like that it’s not too addicting to the point where I’m constantly playing it 24/7, rather I am just playing it before bed every night. I do have a few questions tho. I am always checking the ratings to make sure that I get the most out of the rent, and I keep seeing reviews that say “I feel like someone is watching me when I shower,” or something like that. What is that supposed to mean? It sounds a little creepy to me but these reviews show up as positive reviews for some reason. Is it because when I upgrade furniture I have to click inside the apartments? Another thing is, why does upgrading the restaurant menu cost so much? It’s like so much more expensive than upgrading the furniture. I keep getting bad reviews saying the restaurant is upgrading the menu too slowly, but that’s because it’s so costly that I have to save up which takes a while. Anyways that’s all, but it’s overall a really fun game! Any recs for similar games?.Version: 1.0.9
✓ It’s cool…butI never leave reviews either, but after googling how to finish level 3 I ended up here reading comments for an answer. I didn’t find what I was looking for though so if anyone has any input on this that would be 😊 I’ve upgraded all apartments and condos all tasks on level 3 however I’m stuck at %99. Not sure if it’s a glitch or is there something I should be doing other than being patient 😂😂😂? On another note this game is definitely addictive and idk why. I really like it though. I finally learned that you hold the “3x fast forward” for it to work. I was tapping it. Maybe update language to “press/hold” so it’s clear. ✓ A really good gameI’ve went through multiple idle games and I’ve grown to realise that I’m extremely picky with the games I play, if I don’t like it in the next 30 mins then it would be uninstalled. But this game in particular isn’t too easy to the point it’ll get you bored, and not too hard it’s unplayable. You basically can have no ads if you don’t try to get all the extra stuff. I enjoy the interaction between us and the tenants which makes everything a lot more lively and gives the game a certain charm to it. (Though I get upset when they leave bad comments like “This vase makes me feel single” or “The neighbourhood is overhyped” like I’m sorry that upgrading the menu takes away $35,549 from the bank account that I’m supposed to pay the bills of the apartment you live in, plus your love life has nothing to do with me and the stuff I put in your room. in all honesty though the comments are what gets me going..Version: 1.1.1

✓ Great game but…Was loving this game. Good balance of progress without losing interest too quickly or being too hard. Choice of watching adds to help progress or not. However it feels like the game has been designed to slow progress right down once you reach Mornington to the point that you get stuck for days and days and days slowly waiting for the pet reviews to tick over to reach the next level. I hope I am missing a trick here or something because this has turned one of my favourite games into a boring slow wait….Version: 1.1.2
✓ Good, but….This is an amazing game, don’t get me wrong but there is a few bugs and stuff. First of all: Whenever your getting a resident for a house and you click on say.. an over-worker, they cost money to be a resident but when you pay the money just to see what they are like not even let them move in, you don’t get your money back if u don’t like them. I don’t think that’s fair but that’s my opinion. Second of all: When you kick a resident out their bad reviews are still there until you get more reviews. Third: I have the 2 single apartments, the couple apartments and 2 beachfront apartments but I still only get 8037 or something as the rent money. If this was real life I would get a lot more, but I get it it’s not real life, though I would like more still. That’s all the complaints, but this is an amazing game, it’s time consuming, addictive and fun overall. Ther is loads of different types of resident and they are all so cute. There is one more thing tho. I wish we could have a scrapbook for the residents or something and like a checklist for all the residents to see if we have all the types (or maybe I’m just not at that part yet, idk).Version: 1.1.1
✓ Pretty decent gameI think it’s very fun, it’s definitely been my latest addiction for sure but the only two things that I’ve found are kind of bad is that the upgrades are ridiculously expensive, like you get reviews from your tenants about their rooms and that all goes into a “satisfaction level” which is impossible to keep up if I’m not making money fast enough to meet their demands. The second thing is the 3x speed button, at first I thought it was just broken but after playing a little more I discovered that you have to press and hold the button for it to work, so if that was a little bit more clear that would be nice because I know I’ve seen some other reviews with this same complaint..Version: 1.0.8
✓ This game is super fun!Wow why so many complaints about this game??? Apparently people are mad about ads but I’ve never watched an ad in this game at all. They never show them unless you watch one for rewards. And honestly that’s all on you if you watch something inappropriate. How you even seen the ads on instagram? They literally have no filter. One thing I didn’t expect though was how much time it takes to pay for upgrades compared to the rent you get. It’s pretty hard honestly and you spend a lot of time away from the game waiting. I also think it’s really strange that the rent isn’t higher? I feel like it should be considering we spend at least 15x that amount doing upgrades. And leveling up takes TIME, I’m still on level 3 but I’ve done all the major upgrading for the town..Version: 1.1.0
✓ Very fun game!This is a game you can play to pass time and have something to do in downtime. Not only is it a tycoon but I enjoy the cute little character and helping them solve their problems. I personally like to play while listening music or a podcast but the only downside I can say, you can still hear sound effects even when you turn all the sound and music downs. It’s very annoying when I am listening to something else when I can hear the sounds of the jukebox or the buzzing from the electric storage. I would actually like if when you turn the sound and music off, it turns off. Makes playing it sometimes hard and annoying, but other than that, I quite like the game. ✓ Idle Game for Casual SimmersIf you enjoy simulation, slice of life, and cute animations - you are in the right place. You can wait out the construction times and leave the game alone to accumulate money rather than watch ads for 3x times speed. If you aren’t patient, you can pay $11 for a month of ad free rewards and play it like a normal game. (At least it was that way when I started.) You can play for free and be patient or invest some actual money to feel like an actual idle game for a month. Totally recommend for those like myself that get a real kick out of the small touches. These locations, descriptions and renters have a lot of detail and personality throughout. ✓ Funny review!!I love this game been playing for a week now and is on level 14. When I unlocked the villa with the Nannies. I thought how cute..until they are doing everything that screams Neglect 🤣🤣 like they sleep in the bed with baby show with baby, but most of all Swim! With baby lmboooo like what straight deep dive in with baby in arms how hilarious 😂. A bassinet should of been a furniture item definitely. But the game is good. I just don’t like the switch of world and can’t control with all the same money. ✓ Love the game but the adsI recently started playing this game, Almost a month. The game is fun, I enjoy playing it. However It’s starting to bug me how long the ads last, I feel like this game is already making a lot of money for from all the ads we have to watch to obtain our rewards, plus the extra perks they add that also costs money.. I spent about 70% of my time on this game just watching ads. Please make the ads shorter, and I also dislike how you have to tap to go to the next phase of the ad and wait another 30 seconds for it let you exit out. There is also the issue where the money man gives you the option to use your diamonds and skip the ad and it’s supposed to just give you the money reward, I stopped using that option since most times it doesn’t give you the rewards it just takes your diamonds. ✓ So much fun!!This game is SO much fun, I’ve been playing it almost nonstop for a week now. I’ve never been able to get into mobile games very much, especially idle games but this is very entertaining and I have minimal problems with it. Earning money has been fairly quick and easy for me, it was pretty difficult in the beginning, but I just suffered through some ads and made sure to take some time off the game so when I come back I can double my income. The fast forward button is super useful too, just keep in mind that you need to HOLD the button for it to work. My only real issue here is the reviews, it honestly makes zero sense to me that pretty much their every thought is a positive or negative review. I’m getting negative reviews because of a tomato on their cutting board, or I get a positive review just because they’re showering. Obviously I don’t expect a cute little game to be realistic, but it’s annoying to be getting negative reviews for things I can’t even help (well actually now that I’m thinking about it, maybe that does add a bit of realism to it huh? 😂) now that I’m further in the game though, my reviews are mostly positive and the negatives are few and far between, but it’s still fairly irritating to see a negative review for a minor inconvenience that has very little to do with the landlord or the apartment..Version: 1.1.4

✓ Please fix inactive currencyGenuinely very cute and good idle game. Very cute art style, the mini stories are quite sweet, and the build times aren’t bad. However, the currency you earn while offline is a tiny fraction of the amount you normally earn. Considering it only collects for four hours anyway, I don’t know why it’s so crazy little. I can be earning $2k every 30 seconds while actually online, but being offline for 10 min would give me nearly the same amount, despite the fact it ought to be like.. $40k. Or something. I’m bad at math. I assume the developers are doing so because they’re worried people would move too fast or the game would be too easy otherwise, but there ought to be a happy middle ground where offline earnings aren’t so pitiful. I would be fine with a shorter offline cap where we actually get accurate earnings too. That’s really my only major complaint! It’s fun & cute otherwise. You can only accrue pet reviews when you’re in-game but I’ve maxed upgrades so the only thing I can do is come on to watch a number slowly go up one digit at a time! Not enjoyable! It’s been like a week and I’m still only halfway through the target! At this rate I’ll never level up. Otherwise I really enjoyed this game before. ✓ Great gameThis game is a very simple idle game. All ads are 100% optional and when you watch enough daily you get 20 diamonds free on top of 15 diamonds free in the store daily. You don’t have to spend a single dime on this game to get money because the money guy comes every in game day and you can watch an ad for in game currency or pay 10 diamonds. It’s a super simple concept which i absolutely love. Recruit tenants upgrade furniture and make sure they’re happy. If they complain too much just kick them out and get another tenant. You can help them with their life problems and it rewards you if you give positive advice that works in their favor. You can upgrade the facilities around you as well to keep the tenants occupied and happy as well. There different types of tenants you can choose from and different maps once you level up enough. Highly recommend for someone who is on and off their phone throughout the day..Version: 1.1.1

✓ The price to upgrade and move on…AN AWESOME GAME like very relaxing and satisfying. Watching things improve and grow and it’s very easy to manage and get hang of. BUTTTT as a lot of other people have been saying in the reviews- 1) more inclusivity…like come on it ain’t that hard 2) upgrades are to expensive…and sometimes don’t even satisfy the people. Like sure I get it upgrades are gonna be more expensive but if I leave and I come back to have earned 100k but want upgrade the bathroom for example it’ll be from like 40k to 60k and I still have to level it up like 5 more times to get it to 100% the best it can be. I also like how some have certain requirements or hobbies, the concept of this game is awesome and the execution is great. ✓ Great game!I don’t play phone games much, but I saw an ad for this. I thought it might be a good way to kill time here and there, I didn’t realize how much I would actually love it. It is a very relaxing game where you don’t have to think too much. Ads aren’t shoved down your throat, rather you have the option to for coins. The music and the entire game is just very relaxing and soothing for me, I find myself in my car playing the game for a good 30 minutes before I realize how long I’ve been enjoying the music and atmosphere of the game. Only problem I’ve had is that I have spent coins, but haven’t received what I paid for. I spent like 24,000 coins to get another employee at my farmers market, and it took the money from me but didn’t give me the extra employee and it was still available for purchase. I love that there’s no annoying ads unless you want them, I love hearing the positive feedback, I love correcting any negative feedback, I love seeing all my little people walk around and get on with their day-to-day lives. ✓ One of the best mobile-only gamesThis game is amazing. As someone who has been playing mobile games for years, I have to say it was very fun. To start, there are almost no ads, only to double the rent money or to receive money from cash-cash, and even then, you can replace the ads with 10 diamonds and receive the same reward (you get 15 diamonds daily) there are no ads in the middle of gameplay like most mobile games, and I found it funny to have to read the “google translate speak” you can see throughout the gameplay. My only complaint, which isn’t even a complaint at this point, is that the text in-game looks like it was written by google translate. At most points, it is coherent enough for me to read it, but at others I was just plain confused. But if you can look past that, this is a masterpiece of a game, and I absolutely love it!.Version: 1.1.4

✓ Fun but has some issuesI usually don't like managing games, they're just not my style. But this one is cute enough to hook me for some time. I like the parts when the tenants ask for help, it makes it more interactive and makes you care about what's going on in the buildings. I like the character designs, tho the ads made it look like we would be able to customize characters and decors (which is why I downloaded the game, but it's not the case) Two really bothersome things are: - Connexion issues. The game often doesn't recognize my wifi connexion, so I have to refuse cash because I can't watch ads. It wasn't as much of an issue when I could just spend diamonds instead, but that option got removed in the last update. - Awful translation. I play the French version and the translation is very bad, to the point of being confusing about what they're talking about when the tenants makes comments on the facilities. I got the gist of it now and I find bad translations rather funny, but it makes the game feel cheaper. I don't know if I'll play for long. A bit too idle for me, there's not much to do besides upgrading stuff and waiting for cash to come in. Also, an idea you guys should consider like fading the music out for unplayable parts of the town. I am really enjoying this game. It takes some time to upgrade everything but it kills time when you have nothing to do. The tenants complain about everything. But I find it funny when they do complain. One of the complaints had me confused at first. As one of the tenants complained of a peeping neighbor or someone watching them in the bathroom. I was like,” oh no, who’s doing that. They have to get kicked out.” Only to find out it’s me!!! 😅😂 because I let the game play out and I watch them do their daily lives. But the art is cute and the story’s the tenants tell you are crazyyy. I wish they would add kids or maybe add two rooms in one complex. One for the parents and one for the kids. ✓ Updated review, yet room for improvementI had originally rated this game a 3/5 because of the current update not installing every time I had tried to install it. This review was posted just yesterday and I woke up to find a notification saying the developer responded to my review. They suggested a couple of things to fix my issue. I actually needed to update my device I was on so I eventually did get the most recent update and I am thankful. Some other rooms of improvement areas: some things are hard to understand like why even though I’m on the first stage, I feel like I have to restart upgrading my power and water supply? With events, outside of social media, is there a way to notify your landlord’s? Maybe text message or email? I think a more active approach would be to let people be able to type a response to a tenant’s problem instead then people can use those answers among other landlords to get extra points or something like that. I’ve got to a point where I open the game, collect money, buy any upgrades (if I can…pricing is ridiculous) and then close it or put it in the back ground. Maybe you can add an option to actually be a character and let people interact with other people instead of all characters looking alike and being computer driven. I have been playing for a while now and reading some of the reviews, I noticed a lot of people talk about how the 3x speed up button doesn’t work, well you don’t just click it, you need to hold it in. My first reaction was to just click it and it will go, but that’s not the case, you need to hold it in and as long as you hold it in, it will continue to speed up. I also love that you can pick the tenants and get up to 35 free diamonds everyday if you watch ads. I also LOVE the fact that YOU DON’T GET ADS UNLESS YOU WANT THEM!!!! ✓ A fun game but…Overall I do enjoy playing this game to pass the time but as you progress a glaring problem arises. I have completed the first location (Beach Suburb) to 100% on all properties and amenities and have started working through the second location, however, all the rent I’m earning on the first location is now useless. When additional locations are unlocked your money is not combined meaning you can only use money for a specific location but after completing the location it then feels very pointless. You also get no reward for getting everything in a location to 100% which doesn’t feel very rewarding for the extra time you put into it after another location gets unlocked. I think this is probably the biggest issue that needs fixing so hopefully the developers see this and make a change..Version: 1.1.6
✓ ImprovementsOverall the game is brilliant as it’s a nice and slow progress but you can shorten the time it takes if preferred. I believe this game could be so much better if it has these few improvements: 1. You should be able to see the amount of bad reviews received like you can see the amount of good reviews in the community satisfaction index. 2. I think some of the prices or too expensive such as the neighbourhood food items near the end, but also so can be a little cheap such as the decor in each room near the start. 3. I believe in customisation in games so I recommend either having at least 3 options for the player to pick between for each upgrade OR for each client type (model / overworker / unemployed etc.) there should be different styles for example the model should have mannequins and mirrors compared to the overworker having piles of work and maybe a bigger desk - this would help to add variety to the game and give the rooms personality and not look like we run a hotel haha 4. It’s a good sim game although functions more like an idle game as you have to do a lot of waiting until you’ve earned enough to buy upgrades as passive income is the only way to gain money. However there’s a bug with the to-do list and the sunrise mart. All 3 items in my to do list are to serve customers at the sunrise mark but no one is actually going there so I can’t clear the tasks. Even if I have the story fully upgraded, tenants don’t use it at all compared to the other store and facilities. There’s no way to actually report the bug though. Hopefully it can be amended. ✓ Fun, but needs some fixesThis game seems to have been translated from another language. A lot of the wording doesn’t make sense, the apartment labeling doesn’t make sense, phrases are wrong, etc. Some of the requests can be confusing because of the broken English. Not as many cash grabs, way easier to progress without spending money, more ways to earn cash & coins, ads are optional. ✓ Fun, but has some issuesI love mindless idle games, and this one has been one of my favorites as of late- the style is cute, i like all the possibilities it has, etc. However, there are some glaring issues. One is something I find in a lot of idle or tycoon games: upgrades become so expensive that you have to save up, then upgrade one thing, then save up, then upgrade another thing, over and over. It gets boring and ends up taking so long that im no longer motivated to even play. Another thing is that you make SO much less money outside of the game than you do in it. In a five minute span IN THE GAME, i made $80,000. Out of the game, in a five minute span, I made only $4,000. This is never explained as far as im concerned and it makes no sense to me- its an IDLE game, but barely does anything when idle? And as someone else’s review mentioned, there is little diversity in the character models. Most characters have very light skin, but also, most careers/character types have only 2 different models(male and female models). ✓ Love this game so far!I was getting annoyed with with how many ads I had to watch so I paid for the month of ad perks without watching ads. The only issues I’ve had are I have to still keep clicking like I am watching an ad and I have to do it so often. I wish I just had to click once and it keeps track so I still get ad gems! Just some notes for future development: Another thing is just some details in the second interior design house. The wallpaper comes through the glass wall on the bottom right on the first floor. The small room separator tiles also only line up with the edge of the grid floor and floor designs if you go one grid space over but you can’t when you’re making a wall against the wooden porch area. It’s also annoying you have to individually drag the room separator tiles instead of just placing them like the floor and wallpaper tiles. ✓ Amazing free to play game!I’ve been bored lately so I’ve been jumping around on a lot of mobile games, trying to find a decent free one. This is the best one I’ve played in forever. You aren’t stuck with ads, in fact you can choose not to watch them all together. You can progress fast through the game or at your own pace. There are constant updates and they are very active with their Fb community (I am betting that’s the same on all social media). They also give you codes for random events and such for their premium currency. Would adamantly recommend to anybody just attempting to find an entertaining past time however, the game has no competition to it. After a while of playing, you stop feeling to need to play because you’re not competing against anybody else and you’re not going to lose any progress if you stop playing (because nobody will get better). the game also feels as though it is trying too hard to stop players advancing too quickly but trying too little to keep players hooked. While the game is a must have alternative for the likes of clash of clans and many modern simulator games, the lack of competition makes the whole progression feel pointless. ✓ Cute and extremely entertainingI wasn’t expecting this game to be like it was in the ads. It wasn’t exactly. Which is a really good thing! It’s way better than it looked in the ads. I love the simple but cute design, I love the variety of tenants you can recruit, and sure, it does take a while to get the money to upgrade tenants apartments, but it’s really simple to earn money. The more you upgrade, the higher the rent gets, and that means ✨Cha-Ching✨. You always get offline pay, and Mr. Money (that’s what I call him), comes every couple of minutes and gives you a decent amount of money if you watch an ad, or you can skip the ad if you have enough gems, and still get the money. It would be cool to have the 3x speed thingy up and running, but that’s okay. Overall, it’s an incredible game. (P.S., I have a retired senior couple who is the cutest!!!!).Version: 1.1.3

I’ve played things like SimCity/Freeplay and this has something so much more addicting and I myself am not even quite sure what that is. It’s simple, in gameplay and design, but it’s fun and cute. ✓ Game isn’t working anymoreI absolutely love this game! No problems with it at all and gems are easy to obtain instead of being impossible like other games. Only thing that costs money isn’t really required as you can earn coins and gems pretty easy. I have been playing for a while but I have a problem, I need to level up to level 8 but in order to I have to achieve the requirements (a certain % of the to do list and amount of homes purchased) The problem is that I have been completing the achievements and now there are three achievements that all relate to a store, which you can only get in level 8, but in order to unlock level 8 I have to do those achievements. Also, I don’t like how I can get tables, counters, etc for my personal home but I can’t place anything on top of them. ✓ I love this game, but has a few issuesAgain don’t get me wrong I love this game a lot. I play it almost everyday, it became really addicting. The pricing for how much you get an hour is kind of weird bc something would be almost all your money for the 4 hours you wait. Now for the “major” issues. There’s a button that can fast forward 3x with an ad. But the bottom does nothing. I figured the new update would have fixed it but sadly hasn’t. Another thing is something when I login I skips the offline money. And I just get nothing, which sometimes is really disappointing. Another thing is that it gets stuck on like a certain person or apartment and you can’t move your screen, but you just usually have to press another apartment to fix it. ✓ Surprisingly goodI actually really like this game. However, there’s some simple features I think need a bit of work. One of them is, when it comes to increasing the level of furniture, to show what the furniture will look like when updated. The second is to call those furniture features a set name, for example at the dinner place, there’s is a constant need to update the foods you sell, but instead of calling them “menu items” they named the first product you sold. This makes it difficult to complete the tasks on the to-do list. Another feature I’d like to add would be to click on the task to-do and have it take you to the place where the task needs to be completed. ✓ Pretty good, with minor issues.This game is a cute simulator where you get to play as a landlord as you unlock amenities and other things in order to make more money and have more prestigious tenants move in. You can unlock more buildings and better furniture as the game goes on. However, despite this, it has a few minor setbacks. First of all, sometimes I'll click an ad so I can unlock something just for the screen to turn completely pitch black at random, which sometimes occurs right before you finish the ad. It's irritating, it's annoying, and it prevents me from getting the rewards as promised. Another thing, which isn't really an issue but is still there, seems to be that whoever wrote the game might not be fluent in English, which results in some confusing dialogue. However, I cannot make assumptions, and it could be that it's simply some grammatical issues as it's understandable most of the time. Don't let these discourage you, though! The art is cute and it's a fun game to play to pass time. I'm pretty sure you can use it offline, but I'm not a hundred percent sure. Happy gaming, as always!.Version: 1.0.8

✓ Brilliant game BUT……very stereotyped. All those appearing to be ‘females’ want the laundry demand and are ‘regular workers’. Those who appear ‘Males’ are unemployed loafers or overworkers. I was wondering why nobody was using the laundry and that’s cos I haven’t recruited tenants whose demand is the laundry and too my non surprise only females demand it. ✓ Fantastic app not loaded with adsFrost one of these simulator tycoons that I have found where your not forced to watch an ad every 30 seconds. You don’t even have to watch ads to play everything can be done without them. This game is great and fun. Graphics are amazing. Tasks are very fun. And characters are cute. ✓ Love this game!This game is fun and the art style is super cute! I’ve been playing this game for a few days and I have no complaints! The achievements are fun to accomplish and I love watching the community grow. I read some reviews before downloading and saw that the 3x feature and gems were the top concerns, but I decided to download the game anyway and I haven’t run into the same issue. The 3x works by pressing and holding the button until it runs out of power and then takes a little while to recharge, and it’s super helpful. You don’t need to watch any ads to play this game but you can for some extra money, and the devs will give you gems every once in a while for watching ads! Great game!.Version: 1.0.6

✓ It’s the perfect gameThis game has so much development. I really enjoy it. You’re not forced to watch ads. But if you can it’s easy to get more money and diamonds. ✓ Lovely and addictive!This game caught my attention and I wasn’t sure whether I’ll just drop the game two days after or so, but after I believe to be a week~? Of playing this, I’m just as excited to play it as I was then. The progress doesn’t feel repetitive and I genuinely enjoy the tenants’ reviews and problems posed to solve. Cash Daddy’s ads are super useful and I got 31k+ in game just now from watching one. I love that his visits do not offer just singular amount of money and instead gets bigger and bigger the more you progress and level up. Even though it never forces ads in the game I end up watching way more than I do in other games from my own choice from how useful and short they are lol. Thank you, devs for the awesome game! ✓ Good game but an issue…I enjoy the game, it’s nice to pop in every now and then. However I have a slight glitch, where in room 104 specifically, I get glitched reviews where the person complaining is no longer there, but the reviews still pop up, even if the room is unoccupied. I even uninstalled and reinstalled the game, but I’m getting the same issue on my second run. I’m not the only one experiencing this either. Overall a good game and I enjoy it, I would just appreciate this glitch being looked into, and then I can give it a full 5 stars 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟.Version: 1.1.4

✓ Fun game that is very balancedI play a lot of these idle games, so that I’m never truly idle as I bounce between them. Lol! Anyway, this is the first game that I saw a Christmas event coming and I got excited for it! I love the balance between paying diamonds to skip the ad, or watch the ad for rewards…but watching ads also gives diamonds! What a great mechanic!!! Please don’t mess with that one?!?! Anyway. It’s also got a ton more depth than I was expecting. A lot of these games just rinse and repeat and make the goals more expensive but not actually difficult. This one there’s new tenants, new shops open up and tenants use the old shops and the new. It’s a very well put together game that keeps growing. (with some improvements)First of all i love this game! you can do practicly everything! even though it's not like the adds for the game say, its still pretty good! there are some improvements i would make though as well, like mabey more time on the limited amount of offline moneymaking if you dont have VIP. also a change of ads. there are basicly no adds if you dont press on like the watch an ad to get money or dimonds but sometimes it's the same ad over and over and if you have lots of different ads it makes people keep wanting to play it. ✓ Such a fun game! I only have a few suggestions…It is such a cute game, with fun features and cool graphics! I love the different tenants and the reviews they leave. Two things I think should be updated are about the tenants: First, I agree with other people that reviewed that there should be more diverse tenants. There is only one black tenant, and the rest are white. My second suggestion is about the reviews. I love that the tenants can leave reviews, and I love that there is a rent bonus, but some bad reviews are a little random. Earlier today, there was a bad review and the tenant said “this vase reminded me I’m still single…” or “the tomato gets in the way of the cutting board” it is super funny, but I can’t help it and it brings my review average down. Again it is funny to see there different reviews, but it gets annoying to receive bad reviews over something I can’t control..Version: 1.0.9
✓ Idle functions abit dodgeI love this game but sometimes when you buy things with gems it just won’t work or you won’t get the reward for the ad. Sometimes when you close the app and come back to it the manager won’t collect any money either which can be abit frustrating the higher in levels you go. ✓ Surprisingly GoodThis game was a lot better than I honestly expected. It’s a little slow, especially in the beginning but I find it a bit enjoyable to say the least. With other idle games, I expected it to go by super quickly and overall get boring. Yet that wasn’t my experience. I actually thought it was also cool on how they didn’t show what your new upgrade would look like, it is always a fun surprise. ✓ I LOVE it, BUTI love the game. However there are somethings to improve for sure. First, the game itself is so cool. I love the characters. I like that I can pick through them and pick out the people I want to live in my apartments. I love watching them interact with the stores I built like the laundry mat, diner, gym, health clinic, grocery store, and aerobics area. Upgrading takes a while, but it goes by quick when you watch ads. The “3x speed feature” does not work. It’s never worked in the time I’ve played the game. I click it and it does nothing. This feature if it worked would be extremely useful. Not only does this not work, but the option to “watch a video to skip 10 minutes of building time” is a hit or miss that it will work. The guy “cash daddy” that visits is the only one who’s ads work every time. Another thing I would improve is the characters shade range. Right now only “over worker” has the option to get a black character. Gourmet chef has a character option who’s somewhere in the middle skin tone range. But the rest of the characters are all white. It would be cool to have a diverse shade range. Another improvement would be a family option? I finally unlocked the beach house, I thought it would be for families because we started off upgrading single apartments. Then got to build 16 couples apartments. I thought beach house would have families, but instead it’s “child model” and “nanny” for characters..Version: 1.0.5

✓ This game is SO CUTE!Rent please is the perfect mobile game imo! It’s not an idle game that gets boring after you’ve played for 30 mins, but you can leave it and come back to see all your earnings. Also, the art and sound effects are so adorable! I’m totally in love with the design, it’s feels like a lot of thought and love was put into it. Another thing I love is the gems. They’re not impossible to get! You can get a fair amount of them and not too many things cost gems, and the things that do are not outrageous. Very refreshing. I am not very far along in the game but I am loving it so far, both as a silly mobile game to kill time AND a game I actually open up my phone just for the sake of playing. ✓ AMAZING but maybe a few changesI’ve been playing this game for a few months now, I’ve just now unlocked the ritzy residencies (level 18). One thing I’ve noticed is that it’s much slower to progress once you reach sleepless city. Almost all furniture upgrades are around $60,000, and even with ALL of my apartments at 100%, I only make around $350,000 max when I log back in. For such expensive apartments, I should at least be making the same amount as the beach residencies (around $600,000). Also, sometimes when I open the app there’s no money for me to collect, which seems to be a glitch. However it’s obviously a great game as I play it everyday, I love the cute designs and characters. I cant wait to unlock the next room layout for my landlords house. I wish I could customize the look of my landlord to look more like me. Also, I wish I could pick which version of the tenants move in rather than it being randomized (like choose a female vs a male journalist). Also some of the bad reviews are kind of stupid. ✓ I love this game I’m on it 24/7 BUTI love this game so much I’m literally on it 24 seven even in my sleep, but recently I have noticed a couple glitches that I can’t find answers for like when I tap the tree the funds don’t go into usable funds. It just disappears, and I’ve also noticed that sometimes I have to watch a video twice to get the rewards and I’ve also noticed that if I’m not touching the screen every so often that the game won’t run and when I do touch it again, it will say welcome back even though I’ve had the game open because I don’t want to earn off-line. I want to earn online so I leave the game open. I was looking for an update, but it looks like it’s already been updated other than the few glitches that I’ve found so far the game is probably the best game I’ve ever played on the phone I’m not really much of a phone game person but this game is really fine. There’s not much to it but at the same time there is so much to this game and I really enjoy how calming and artistic the game is awesome. ✓ Best Game! Recommend 100%I never leave reviews but I’ve enjoyed this game so much I think it’s only fair. This game is so fun, you don’t have to wait to make money you can fast forward time, and ads are optional so it dictates how you want to play the game, they’re not forced onto you - which I love! And it’s really easy to get gems, you just have to collect them daily, and you don’t lose them if you miss a day! Plus I haven’t even mentioned how cute the little people and their furniture is! And you can choose what to upgrade to keep your tenants happy. One of the only games I truly enjoyed playing, I just hope the updates keep coming so I have more to explore (not that i’m anywhere near finishing if there even is an end!)
