✓ New to appI just started using this app. I have had difficulty sleeping for most of my adult life and need to use white noise to help me fall asleep. I am looking forward to learning more about this app and how it can help me to fall off to sleep. On my first night I used the green noise and literally felt my body relaxing within just a few minutes. The green noise really helped my brain to stop all the “chatter” that typically keeps me awake.
