Deliveries: a package tracker for Negative User Reviews

Limited use in Uk and now subscription!Bought the app, doesn’t work with most carriers in UK, then I get notified that that the app I bought is now a subscription that will expire. I wish I hadn’t bought it and wish for a refund. Avoid. Update: use SHOP on the App Store, it’s free and miles miles better..Version: 9.1.2

Poor support & poor appWaste of money. Most other free apps support a lot more shipping companies. The only good thing about this app is the clean UI & notification feature (hence why I’ve given 2 stars instead of 1). Keep in mind if you live in NZ this app is 99% useless as the developer can’t be bothered updating it to support additional postage companies. Contacting support via email will also get you nowhere as they don’t respond..Version: 8.3

Doesn’t Track many couriersAs the title says. Most UK couriers are not tracked and has links to track online via the couriers website. So just adds more steps to track. Won’t be using again. Shame, could have been good..Version: 9.4.1

Very shrewd sales tactic. Not functional.I saw this app on sale recently and was excited to try it. The sale was $4.99 to free! Turns out this is a way to get us to pay. I had a tracking number in the clipboard and now the app wants money to be able to add it automatically. What a greedy way to make money. This is a sales stunt. I will stick with the free app by each individual carrier. Apple should ban this kind of promos. Very disappointed..Version: 9.0.1

Subscription FeeWhat service is this providing that constitutes a monthly subscription instead of a one time payment..Version: 9.0.2

Greed Ruined this appDevelopers are unethical. I paid for this this app so I can synchronize using junecloud, that feature was part of the end user agreement. The app has not really changed much from the point when I purchased it years ago. There is no new functionality. Now, you are exploiting your customers. You don’t offer enough time before you start billing for a service we have already paid for. In this update, you got greedy all of a sudden. If you insist on being greedy, at least extend the subscription expiration date month for month back to the point customers originally paid for the app, or at least 18 months. Or something that reflects some sense of gratitude for investing in this company years ago. You picked a hell of a time to pull this stunt. Why not wait till this global pandemic is over to start exploiting customers?.Version: 9.0.1

Once great app that has become practically useless. This was a great app for a long time, but it seems all but unsupported now. The last service update was for 2022 and that was to let customers know that FedEx and UPS are no longer supported. Two of the biggest shippers no longer supported? Lately the app has been extremely buggy as well, none of my parcels, including Canada post, are updating correctly, even upon refresh. When entering a new parcel you have to do it twice since it never works the first time, this has been tested and confirmed that an app and/or phone restart has no effect on this. It’s a bug in the app. Absolutely useless app now..Version: 9.5.1

Useless!Bought this when it first came out, and it was great. Recently came back to it, after getting an Apple Watch 4, and it’s now terrible! Not found a single Royal Mail, DHL or DPD reference number. Absolutely useless app!.Version: 8.1

Just a listAustralia post, ali express and royal mail all of them doesn't really work, have to go to tracking or website. Found another app that picks up and tracks and works! This is just a list where we are able to input estimated delivery time..and other info but it doesn't track or show any info of items. Would like a refund..doesn't work..Version: 8.4.4

Does not support Hermes (UK) and...Entered Hermes (UK) tracking number and data failed to import. Additionally there's no ability to 'share' from an email, so the more manual process of cutting and pasting is involved. Parcel app does a better job, despite being subscription based..Version: 8.4.4

Subscription for Abandonware???This was one of the first apps I ever downloaded to an iPhone way back when. I’ve loved this app from Day 1. I subscribed the minute that the subscription model was an option! I loved this app and wanted to - was thrilled to - support the developer(s). I was crushed to hear (from this app’s developer(s)) that UPS and then FedEx were blocking apps such as this from getting tracking info. I mourned the loss and the end of an era. Then I hear about Parcels, and see that they’re still able to get tracking info from UPS and FedEx and wonder “what the hey?!” (I didn’t use that exact word). So UPS and FedEx aren’t blocking anything at all! It’s just that the developer(s) didn’t want to put in the effort to maintain communication with those services. And further, it looks like Deliveries will happily charge your card for a subscription, even though they’ve effectively abandoned their app! Hey, I get it! Want to move on and do something else, that’s cool! But don’t give us some lame excuse blaming others about the fact that your app no longer works as it used to - and for sure don’t keep offering a subscription for an abandoned, broken app. That’s uncool, disrespectful to your long time fans/customers, and generally just disappointing. I say this with all sincerity: THANK YOU for the awesome/amazing/fantastic app that Deliveries once was for so long. It was a great ride!.Version: 9.4.1

Royal FailDidn’t say it doesn’t work with Royal Mail until I paid. I want a refund. Other apps work with Royal Mail for free. I feel you are stealing my money. You need to put a disclaimer up clearly. I want my money back now..Version: 9.1

Subscription required to add deliveryKind of a joke. Unless you get deliveries every day I can’t see how this is worth it when you can always just track things for free on the carriers website. Not everything should be a subscription.Version: 9.4

Save your money.Whilst some people seemingly speak highly of ‘Deliveries’, I honestly can’t understand where they’re coming from, as my experience has been the exact opposite. For a start, there is extremely limited support for tracking packages from various courier / freight / mail networks and in many cases, packages can only be tracked via an in-app browser… Supposedly this is often because these courier / freight / mail networks do no allow the developer to track packages in-app; but most of these courier / freight / mail networks allow plenty of other third-party companies to track their deliveries, so I’d take this claim by the app developer with an awfully big handful of salt. Then there’s the fact that the notifications system is useless. I don’t get updates at all, unless I actually open ‘Deliveries’ and wait for the package status to update (assuming the courier / freight / mail network is even supported). Yes, I have checked my notification settings both in Apple iOS and in the app itself… And in both places, the relevant settings are enabled. I thought the issue might be because of the new subscription service - but I have an active (complimentary) subscription and I’m still not getting notifications. So unless I’m missing something, notifications just don’t work. I honestly don’t have a single good thing to say about ‘Deliveries’ and whilst some people have supposedly had a different experience to me, I simply cannot recommend this application to anybody based on my experience… Have a look for yourself, but I’d suggest you think long and hard before signing-up to a subscription..Version: 9.1.2

A once stellar app is losing its shineI’ve been a big fan of this app since installing it last year. It has a great user interface and made it easy to aggregate the various deliveries from multiple vendors. Unfortunately, FedEx has been flaky and in the last release the developer included a fix. However, it appears that FedEx is no longer supported and you have to go to the FedEx website to see the details. The utility of this app is lost, if it can’t aggregate the various shipments — particularly from one of the largest shippers in the world. I suspect that it’s FedEx making it a hassle, but I’m paying a subscription for this app and I expect that the developer will resolve that on its users’ behalf..Version: 9.3.2

How is this even paid? It’s a bad tracking app. None of the stuff I buy from eBay is trackable by this app. It barely supports only few major supplies. Would gladly take a refund which won’t happen..Version: 8.0.7

Not enough supportPretty poor support and notifications for a $6 application, aftership is definitely better even though it's free..Version: 7.1.3

OK but needs a lot moreThis app could be so good if it only supported more courier and postage service - much more Australian support needed. Thai post would be nice too, as there are other apps out there that already do. Another nice function to have would be a history of updates, so you can look back or check things, as I quite often do in another tracking app..Version: 6.2

Was great, now poor and want us to pay for itUsed it a lot and was excellent. Now most carriers require you to leave this app and go to their own site- waste of time having the app. Today has DHL tracking info- this app said it was DPD! It couldn’t find tracking info for either service. Tried a competitor app and bingo. Deleting app.Version: 9.1

No details for AusPostAlthough you can add an AusPost delivery, it won't show details in the app and makes you click through to the website to view. Make this app really a collection of tracking links, not a delivery tracker for most Australians. List of providers seems small, too..Version: 8.0.9

Poor supportBarely any Australian shipments can be tracked by this app yet AfterShip, which hasn’t been updated in ages, supports it with no problems. I’d like to request a refund as your app is not what is promised. A shipment tracking app that can’t track a shipment is pretty pointless. Don’t buy in Australia.Version: 8.3

Bye Bye - Apple should put a stop to thisAnother app switching to “subscription service” eh? Bye bye Deliveries. You have an app of convenience. Every company I get deliveries from has their own app or a web site I can visit to get the same info. In fact, nine times out of ten I just end up clicking on the button in this app that takes me to the website of the company assigned to “deliver” my packages. Apple needs to update their policies on this switching from pay outright to subscription models for those that have already paid. This app was a 3.5 stars at best a few weeks ago. Now it’s a zero. Just use the the delivery companies web site. There is usually more info available there than through this horrible app..Version: 9.0.1

ShadyDo not tell me an app is free and then force me to buy its subscription AFTER downloading. Absolutely shady trash..Version: 9.1.1

Not Again...I’ve been using this app since it was only an OS X widget and I would have been happy to pay for an updated Deliveries 2, with new features. What I, and so many long time customers will not do, however, is be disrespected by having the functionality we already paid for destroyed for the purpose of forcing us into a Software As Service scheme. There was no need to ruin Junecloud as a brand and this specific piece of software by changing the model in this way. SAS is user hostile and it’s made worse by surprise converting one time purchase apps into endless payment services. There is no user on the planet to whom that arrangement is appealing and definitely not people who already weighed and made the choice of buying an app for (free) delivery notifications. This is yet another dev making the terrible decision to completely alienate their previously loyal user base. I don’t know where you guys are getting the terrible advice to do this, but it never stops being a disappointment..Version: 9.0.2

Another app gone to extortion subscription modelIs this a joke??? You have to PAY $6.99 a MONTH to even be able to ADD a delivery now? And users who previously bought the app (like myself) for ALL my devices years ago, will only receive new features up to the end of February 2021 and then be FORCED into a subscription if we wish to continue to get new features we ALREADY PAID FOR??? Guess what, once those 18 months are up, I’m gone! I won’t be robbed by a bunch of crooks charging LUDICROUS amounts for next to nothing!.Version: 9.0

ALWAYS couldn't connectThe service is completely broken..Version: 9.5.1

Functionality all but goneAs per other recent reviews, the ability to track most companies is gone. Instead of displaying tracking history, an error message is displayed: “shipment can only be viewed online”. Only FedEx and USPS appear to still work. Very disappointed as I used to recommend Deliveries to all as the premiere tracking app. For Australian users, I would recommend the AusPost app. It’s free, any tracking number can be added and all AusPost packages are automatically added..Version: 8.0.9

No FedEx??? No Purolator???I’ve used this app for years. I like the UI. But since you no longer support FedEx or Purolator, what’s the point? Several other free apps still support both of these, so what’s your excuse?? You blew it. I only need one app, and this is no longer it..Version: 9.5.1

Needs attention! This used to be my go to app for tracking, but no more. Many providers are not recognised by the app and most need to be checked manually by website. Needs some attention from the developers..Version: 8.0.8

FedEx Broken - Deceptive Patch NotesThis used to be my favorite package tracking app. I was a longtime early supporter until recently. The reason is the dropped support for FedEx, one of the largest couriers in the US. This affects a massive amount of people using this app and paying for its subscription. The developer’s blameshift toward FedEx is not reasonable. Even when APIs change, software as a service, like any subscription based product, must evolve. There are many other package tracking apps on the App Store that continue to work just fine for tracking FedEx packages, whether by changing the API or scraping the official tracking page. They found a way. Junecloud, despite receiving the support of your monthly subscription, does not seem to be willing to adapt and evolve to maintain past functionality. Furthermore, in the latest update, the patch notes display a vague “fixed issues with FedEx” note, which may prompt prior users to resubscribe assuming the problem has been fixed, even though FedEx tracking is no longer supported. I can sympathize when API and policy changes happen and something breaks for a little while while the developer figures out a new solution. In this case, the developer apparently doesn’t want to bother with a new solution, despite receiving ongoing financial support from its users..Version: 9.3.2

Bad appUnfortunately since they went paid subscription they have not added anything new no new carriers, lack of support this app became garbage. Very sad to see a great potential app go to waist..Version: 9.1.2

Great but it’s klunky with DHLWhy does it make me click through to go online to view the status of DHL shipments? It seems like this could easily be fixed with software so that DHL shipments show up alongside those of USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc. Otherwise, great app. And one of my most-used apps. Update, October 2020: sad to see them go the way of a subscription model. Seems like a money grab. I’ll use the app however I can as long as I can for free; the notion of paying money to track my packages is over-the-top. I mean, for Chrissakes, who PAYS to track their packages? I can just do it on the individual carrier apps (FedEx, usps, ups), thank you very much, before I would pay a 3rd party app to do the same thing. Update March 2022: stopped working with FedEx. Gives a “couldn’t connnect” message when I entered a valid, active tracking number. Update 3 April 2022: version 9.3.2 fixed Fedex for all of about one week. It is broken again. Update 27 April 2022: Given the blog post from the Developer, it appears they’re throwing in the towel. RIP to what used to be a great app. Sad!.Version: 9.3.2

Subscription?Finding another app that doesn’t have subscriptions..Version: 9.0

Disappointed in the subscription switchThis has been one of my favorite and most used iOS apps for years. Myself, like many others, have “lost” many of our favorite apps over the years because of a switch to a subscription model, after paying for the app in the first place. Many supporters paid for this app in the beginning and we shouldn’t have to pay again, you made a promise with the original price tag, every single supporter you had before that purchased this app should get every single feature for free. I know for myself, I will be deleting this app (even though it pains me to do so) because I absolutely refuse to be nickel and dimed by every little app that i use on a daily basis. Half the country doesn’t have a job and is relying for many things being delivered and you want to take advantage of people given that situation is shameful. Do better junecloud..Version: 9.0

Nice ui but in-app tracking doesn’t workAt least for Royal Mail, not sure about others.Version: 9.4.1

MehThought I’d switch from my usual tracking app. Purchased and installed this one and promptly added 8 purchases. It fou d three of them only after manually adding the correct delivery vendor. Regret this purchase and will go back to my previous ones..Version: 8.4.2

External link for Royal Mail?!When tracking parcels from Royal Mail, you can only refer the status to an external link which opens Royal Mail’s website. So what’s the point of this app then?! Such a disappointment!.Version: 8.0.7

Paid years ago now can’t useI don’t mind paying to use an app but I object to paying for an app and then later on having to pay a subscription to use something I already bought..Version: 9.1.1

Not the app it once wasLike others I found this to be a useful little utility which I paid for. The ability to track anything has seriously gone downhill, in the UK at least, such that I can’t remember the last delivery which I could directly track within the app; they all seem to need to go to the courier website which defeats the purpose. To add insult to injury the developer have expired what I thought was a permanent license when I bought it and now require a subscription. For me this was something I would buy once and track maybe a hundred deliveries over 5 years. You can make your own mind up whether the sub cost works for you but personally what would have been a worthwhile five-year cost of £5 is now a not-worthwhile £25 cost for exactly the same thing, except that the results aren’t nearly as good any more. I genuinely cannot understand the high rating this has and my 1* is genuinely what I feel it’s worth to me based on performance..Version: 9.1.2

Love it butFantastic app but it really needs additional delivery services added..Version: 8.0.9

Great design but needs more Aus tracking servicesDeliveries only has AusPost/Star Track and the international couriers (TNT, DHL...). I’ll be sticking with Parcel as they have support for pretty much every courier I’ve dealt with in Australia..Version: 9.0

Packages is betterThe app ‘Packages’ is better and A$1 cheaper! It actually works and can import directly from the big online stores. This app failed to track two deliveries and I had to manually enter the tracking number. Once I realised I bought the wrong app I gave up on this one..Version: 9.5.1

Nicely presented, not functionalBought the app after reading some American reviews of the app and perhaps that was my first mistake. It says it supports Australia Post but both tracking labels I've entered have been "invalid" with the app having no record of them existing, which they obviously do. Secondly is that the only Australian company they support is AusPost, don't even try enter a StarTrack label. Thirdly is the "Website" tracking notification is slow and unreliable. Needs more local support to match the pretty interface..Version: 6.0

Frustratingly close to greatWhen Deliveries supports a service (FedEx, USPS, etc.) it’s great. When it doesn’t, its really not great… and it’s so close! All it needs to do is let me (and the geekiest fraction of their community of other users) define a few Regular Expressions for a new service and it could unlock everything it does really well, for every delivery service in the world… but they‘VE not done that. To be really great all Deliveries needs is either a) to pay their own developers to support an infinity of other delivery services (which sounds hard), or b) to let their users define custom page matchers (which sounds easy)..Version: 8.4.3

No functionality without a subscriptionThis app doesn’t even let you add a package without a subscription, which is entirely non-obvious until you install it. At least consider a free tier with a limited number of packages! I will never pay for a subscription without being able to test the app with at least two packages..Version: 9.0

Disappointing...Summary: 5/5 for experience, 1/5 for subscription model. I think couple other reviews explained it well why this app wasn’t supposed to be switched to subscription based model and I agree. Yes, price is very very affordable, especially yearly one, but the fact that you need to pay to even start using this app is bogus knowing there are other completely free apps that offer similar feature set if not more than this app. Additionally many of us already paid for this app and those users should’ve given an option to keep this app as perpetual license to features already built and offer using V2 subscription based app in order to use new and upcoming features. I think this way developers are more motivated to keep making app better which will give user a confidence to commit to subscription and overall better value. Until then I am moving away to Shop app.Version: 9.0.1

Not Free.I think if its not free App to try it should not say it is a Free App. Could not find any information about that in the description, so I download, it is not free and then I have to uninstall because I don’t know if it is a good App to have so I don’t want to pay for it before trying. It could save time only allowing to download if it is free to try at least. Hope it is a good App. Thanks.Version: 9.0.2

DisappointedDisappointed, considering how much I paid. How does the status “delivered by yesterday” make sense for two of my packages? - I assume it’s a local time vs where I am ordering from. Also, I would love it if it had icons a next to each item identifying where the current status of each package is, like if ‘it’s our for delivery’ it would have an icon to represent that. Etc. I like the fluidity of the app though, just needs some polishing..Version: 8.3

Cannot try out firstThe pay wall on launch means you can’t even try with a single package to see whether the app is any good. There’s no way I’m paying for a subscription without checking what I’m buying first. Uninstalled..Version: 9.3.2

Used to be goodDeveloper doesn’t seem to want to fix their broken app. Parcel tracking used to work but now redirects to the trackers website; reason given from developer is that the tracker has changed and they can’t access the service anymore! Using other tracking apps now which better integrate and actually track. This app is now a front - do not pay for it! This is with Australia post and other carriers also..Version: 8.3

Like others, I'm outI paid quite a bit for both the iOS & macOS versions of the app, and have been using it for years. Thank you for the 3 months free subscription, but this is under-handed and sleazy. Good job. Just like everyone else, you're not getting a cent more from me, and will be deleting the app when the Sub is up. Why not grandfather in the previously paid people (which I know is possible, because plenty of other apps have done it), and all new people get put on the new business model? Oh right! LESS MONEY!!!.Version: 9.0.2

Lost its edgeI have been using this app for years and enjoyed it as one of the best utility apps in my collection. I love that it has a simple platform which syncs across all my devices and allows me to easily share tracking info with others. However, for the last year+ now, it has lost the ability to sync with FedEx for real time tracking info within the app (all you can do now is store the tracking # and then eventually link to the FedEx site to check for updates / details). I’ve been patient and hopeful that an update would come along to fix this, but still nothing. Most of my shipments are through FedEx, so this app has gone from one of my top utilized to being on the cusp of obsoletion now..Version: 9.4.1

Very disappointed with the recent changesI’m quite disappointed with the recent changes for the Deliveries app. Developer has now switched from a pay-one-time only to a subscription-based. I understand developer(s) need some kind of cash flow to keep the app going, in terms of updating it, but subscription isn’t the way to go. I would’ve been more supportive if the price was increased a bit more and added a tip jar feature within the app..Version: 9.0.1

DHL is not availableI remembered Deliveries was able to track FedEx service, but FedEx information is not available on Deliveries anymore..Version: 9.4.1

App has gotten worse over timeDeliveries used to be a great app. I have used it for years. It is getting worse over time. It used to track all the different delivery services. First it stopped support with FedEx. So you have go to the delivery and then go online to see the delivery information. Now the same thing is going on with UPS. I payed for a lifetime subscription . Now they want you to pay monthly or yearly. So the price of the app is going up, the functions of the app are going down. When your FedEx package is delivered, you have to manually mark it as delivered. They need to do the same now for UPS. So you can’t mark your UPS package as delivered. I have tried other apps and they are terrible in comparison. Make this app how it used to be. Apps are supposed to get better over time. Don’t take away functions. If I find a better app, I will change immediately. I am very disappointed with the app developer..Version: 9.4.1

Doesn’t pick up any of the deliveries from email!Useless app doesn’t pock up anything which comes in email manually I have to add and still after that it says can’t found the delivery details what’s the use? It’s useless for UK not picking my Evri parcels no Royal nail nor Yodel, senseless app!!.Version: 9.4.1

Hasn't worked with Canada Post or FedEx in over a yearDropped support for a bunch of services and has not bothered to fix it. App looks great, but we can't take form over function here. I'd check out Parcel (has a nice widget) or Packages (the most comprehensive tracking) instead. The devs should absolutely not be charging a subscription for this app since pretty much every service seems to be broken - pretty messed up of them to do so..Version: 9.4.1

SuspectOnce set up you click on more detail and it takes you to the fedex site in safari. So you may as well just bookmark the fedex site and save a few dollars. Does not cover dhl / courierpost NZ. Glad I could save you a few dollars.Version: 0

Not workingBut yearly subscription, can’t add tracking and it’s asking to subscribe. Ok..Version: 9.0

AbandonedFrom their blog: > Deliveries began as a hobby—it was first released as a Dashboard widget named “Apple Order Status” on January 22, 2006. Over time more services were added, and the name and icon evolved along with it. Eventually it became an iOS app named “Delivery Status touch” on September 19, 2008, shortly after Apple first launched the App Store. When I first created the widget I never imagined I’d still be working on it daily sixteen years later. > > Many things have changed over the years, and unfortunately we’re no longer able to maintain the same service that so many of you have come to rely on. Deliveries relies on many different shipping companies, and without their help it’s not possible for the app to continue working the way you expect. > > It’s likely that over time, more services in Deliveries will no longer show tracking information directly in the app. You won’t see the delivery date, the map route, or any of the details, and you won’t get notifications about changes to the status. You will need to use the “View Online” button to see your tracking information on the shipping company’s web site. > > We understand this will make Deliveries less useful for many of you, and you may decide to take a different approach to tracking your packages. For those of you that choose to continue using Deliveries, we’ll do our best to keep making it as useful as we’re able to. Thank you for all of your support over the years..Version: 9.4

TerribleEight dollars to make your own lists. Enter Australia Post tracking and it says ‘this shipment can only be viewed online’. So, pretty much useless..Version: 8.4.3

FAILI already paid $6.99 for this app! As part of this purchase, I was supposed to get unlimited updates and features. Now, after my whopping 4 month free subscription, I have to pay more money to keep getting new features! Still missing eBay tracking!.Version: 9.1

Paid subscription in v9.0?I paid a lot of money for this app when it was version 2.0 on iPhone and Mac when it came out later, and now you want more money? Yay You’ll cover me until February? Overall dick move. When you get big support those who supported you when you were small..Version: 8.4.6

Lesson in how to tank your own appWell, of course greed has taken over. This app is going to a paid subscription. Guess what, I am tired of subscriptions. I’m not going to pay $7 per year for this app. I already paid for it. These software companies need to understand that there is a growing number of people who are tired of the hundreds of dollars a year in app subscriptions. Everyone thinks their app is the one that everyone needs to have and the functionality is worth the usually ridiculous cost. Unfortunately for them, I refuse to pay a subscription for this app and will be deleting it immediately..Version: 9.0.1

Long-time user loyaltyLong-time user and generally pleased over the years. I happily paid for this premium app when I first started using it... but nothing has changed and now they want to charge a subscription fee annually. As a fellow iOS developer, I understand the rationale and need to continue receiving income in order to justify the continuation of supporting (or enhancing) an existing app. However this app does not have any new features (nor need any). It’s a simple enough app too, that charging a $4.99 annual subscription is poor value. Honestly, it would make much more sense to just release a new version of the app every 4-5 years, and charge $4.99 for the newly offered version (similar to Things 4). This meets the customer expectations, provides appropriate value, and (abundantly) funds doing support updates if a new version of iOS breaks a couple things. If I have to pay every 4-5 years for an app in order to continue receiving support updates, that makes perfect sense for a minimally featured app such as this. Unless the business model changes, I’m switching over to using Shop as soon as my complimentary, limited subscription ends with Deliveries. To any other customers reading this, Shop is free AND supports more logistics services..Version: 9.1.1

Doesn’t support NZ carriersThis might come as a surprise to the rest of the world, but New Zealand is not part of Australia. This is a decent app, but it is pretty limited in New Zealand. Most packages get handed off to NZ Post one way or another, and Deliveries doesn’t support it. it’s a real shame because the UX is must better than Parcel, and you can keep track of items manually when you don’t have tracking details. However, Parcel has direct support for all NZ carriers..Version: 8.4.4

This company seems a bit immoralAttn upset users: Free replacement is Shop Tracking app. I’m with the others who paid for this and it’s now going subscription based. I can understand a subscription to pay for sync on your servers since that costs you money and thus costs the user money, but to sync to iCloud costs you nothing yet you force your cloud on the user. You can argue we’re paying for continued development, but again you’re doing this all wrong. I paid for this app as well as any bug fixes that go with it and we both know it doesn’t cost you any money each month for me to check UPS or any other service just as I would with my laptop at their site. I already paid UPS/FedEx/etc for access to tracking, why are you trying to be a bouncer and take a cut? Want to have your users pay you for work/time? Take a hint from Microsoft or any other developer that follows proper upgrade cycles. Release version 2 with sufficient features as a new app we can choose to pay for. If it’s not worth it to us, we skip it and wait for version 3 to see if that’s worth it for us. It’s a fair market that way, as we decide if your cost on is aligns with the value vs you forcing us to pay you when you may not be working at all. You can fool the idiots but I’m not one of them. Stop being greedy, we have other options that are equally as good if not better (like Shop). Good luck with your new rating going forward, your app is no longer carries value..Version: 9.0.1

Pretty poor and/ or buggyI bought the app outright (a few years ago) it was great for established courier companies like DHL, FedEx etc. However, in recent times, the parcel status infrequently and inconsistently refreshes. Even when you specify request a refresh of a parcel, it does update with the latest status, and means that you need to launch the courier’s online page. The result is that the app is slightly more useful as than bookmarks. Also note, no true support for Australia Post..Version: 9.3.1

Turned to almost a scamAre used to use this app every day for my deliveries but then Amazon switched to using a privatized company so then this app became almost useless and now the app is fully useless because they’re trying to get more money out of me when I’ve already paid full price.Version: 9.0.1

Would not recommendDeveloper changed their app from lifetime purchase to subscription model. App support is lacking when compared to other offerings for a subscription model. Will not continue using this or recommend this app to anyone..Version: 9.0.2

Used to be decentThe developer is no longer able to maintain support delivery companies. For example, FedEX and UPS are no longer supported..Version: 9.4.1

MisleadingNov 2020. Free to download, but no mention of subscription requirement to add/effectively use the app. Very disappointed in this dishonesty. It should be made clear that a monthly subscription is required to use the app..Version: 9.0.2

$6.99????Needs to support a lot more carriers if they’re going to charge a ridiculous price..Version: 8.4.6

Be nice if it workedI bought a yearly subscription. They took my money but the app doesn’t recognise it. Refund please..Version: 9.0

Find Another AppNot worth installing any longer. Doesn’t work well enough to justify a subscription. Not sure what the developers were thinking. Delete!.Version: 9.1

Misleading appThe app is free to download but you need a subscription to use, there is another app that does the exact same thing called parcel which actually lets you use for free. Sincerely, disappointed.Version: 9.2.1

ReallyMoving to a sub only basis model? what a joke..Version: 9.1.2

Waste of time for NZDoesn't cover New Zealand's postal or courier services. A waste of time and money in NZ..Version: 5.0

Another subscription rip off for existing customersSo why should existing customers trust a company that basically steals your purchase to go to a subscription service? Why not create major releases and give us a choice to upgrade? Seriously, the software is dated and there are other similar or better products. Apple has indicated a delivery function is on their list to include in the next iOS release due to online shopping demands from Covid. And what’s with the cloud excuse? iCloud is free. How about offering your cloud service for an added fee rather cutting current customers who use iCloud out cold? The upgrade offer to your existing customers is insulting - 3 free months of the same thing we already paid for. BUT... if we choose not to subscribe, we get to keep our data? Wow. Thank You Junecloud. You really didn’t think this through. Will go with another product or wait for it to show up in iOS..Version: 9.0.2

No FedEx & DHL TrackingIt’s been months since I reported this and still broken… also the UI could use an overhaul. The icons are great but once in the app it’s very dated looking and each package tracked could stand to show a little more info. Can’t track any FedEx packages. All packages shows as “this shipment can only be viewed online”. Been broken now for 6 months with no fix despite the Devs claim 4 months ago. DHL shows as no info available at this time. Been like this for 4 months months with no fix and I paid for this app… I switched to AfterShip and no problems with them so it’s clearly this app and the AfterShip app is free! I’d recommend AfterShip over Deliveries for sure especially since the developers here don’t fix issues that are reported! Don’t buy the subscription this dev takes peoples money and doesn’t support their app! I sent notice of this problem several times over the past few months yet nothing!.Version: 9.4.1

Basic Utility App Goes Subscription BasedSo a basic utility app goes subscription based when the carriers offer FREE apps with FREE tracking and there is other FREE apps with tracking and email apps that do tracking for FREE and here comes an app I paid a pretty decent one time fee for decent nope, I don’t to ask you for another one time upgrade, I want your money monthly. That doesn’t fly with me especially when I know the update history of this app. It gets big updates and the updates are good but you also have to put up with bugs with the current build for weeks, sometimes months till the next build comes out. I see no point in a basic utility app being a subscription service. Frankly I blame Apple for this because they set the AppStore this way just like with games when they made them pay to play to milk the end user for as much money as possible. I refused to fall for it then and I refuse to fall for it then. I spend way to much in subscriptions now for necessary things and this isn’t necessary. I’ll just install the big 3 carrier apps or sign up for text tracking. All this app allowed you to do was eliminate the need for more then 1 app. I got plenty enough room on my phone for the apps. Good luck to ya!.Version: 9.0

Paid app turned into subscription- GREEDHad paid for this app a while ago and now they are asking for a subscription fee to even use it? Ridiculous..Version: 9.0.2

You lost a customer. When my subscription expires because I paid for this app I will be deleting your App. What a poor way to treat a customer. I purchased the mac, ios app and now you want more money? Greedy and Sneaky. Bye bye!.Version: 9.0

A good app which I bought but won’t continueThis app has been really useful over the years. I paid for the full version but now they are switching to a subscription model and my purchase over time will become null and void as new features are introduced. I don’t want to a subscription. I would have been happier with a new version release and pay for an upgrade. I’ll continue to use the app for now but as the usability starts to erode I will be checking the competition to see what else is out there..Version: 9.0

Completely uselessSo called “free” app but makes you pay a subscription for something as basic as adding a package to track IE the number one thing you do in an app such as this. 100s of apps that do the same thing (Shop for example). Not worth a download..Version: 9.0

Not what it used to beI paid for a year subscription, thinking this app was still working. It tracks NONE of my shipments. Why are they still selling this?.Version: 9.5.1

Bait and switchPaid for the full version and now it’s going to subscription. Goodbye, I will never support a company that treats paying customers like this!!.Version: 9.1.1

Paid Subscription - Just says “None” under DescriptonJust paid for 1 year subscription, confirmed in my subs section on iCloud says “none” restarted phone, re-installed app, restored purchases see if that worked, nop...don’t use this service unless you want to get conned out of 4.99. Never write reviews but to say I’m not impressed for something I was actually going to use......Version: 9.0

LimitedVery limited amount of services that can be tracked through the app. Very disappointed..Version: 8.0.8

Doesn’t work with Fedex or UPSI can see all the data is there when I view it online but Deliveries can’t pull that data in?.Version: 9.5.1

Used to be Great—Slowly Losing FunctionalityI’ve been a user since the first release and have loved the app, its features, and its design. The switch to a subscription model didn’t bother me at all; as a developer myself I don’t mind paying folks for their ongoing work. But part of the promise of a subscription is that the developer(s) will continue to support the product. Sometimes that means doing hard stuff, fixing bugs, responding to changes in underlying dependencies, etc. By ceasing support for common delivery services (FedEx among them!), the developer isn’t holding up their end of the bargain. It’s clearly not impossible to support FedEx; other apps continue to do so. Rather, it seems as if the developer just doesn’t want to go to the trouble. And they’ve said that other delivery services will lose support in the future. My conclusion is that the developer has just gotten bored or tired of supporting their product. That makes it pretty hard to recommend it..Version: 9.4

Unfortunate loss of support. This app used to be great. The complete support of shipping services allowed this app to quickly become the most used app I had to date. However, with the recent loss of major support to the majority of providers it’s made it impossible to use. I’ve found myself downloading other apps to fulfil the support I need. One of the things the developer has mentioned is the captcha issues with Royal Mail being an issue. Apps like Parcels somehow bypasses this and makes it much better. Very disappointing. A shame at this point..Version: 8.3

Once a favourite appIt beggars believe that a once useful app has gone for a subscription model especially as it is no longer as useful as it once was. Not the developers fault as most delivery companies insist on using their own or partners app. Meting increasingly I needed to click though and access the service providers website to get the details. This meant this app was an extra unnecessary step. It looks like the developer has decided to milk those of use who have supported is for years as it dwindles in usefulness. Sadly a once great app is dying.Version: 9.3.2

My favourite app until… subscriptionsI’ve been using this app since it was in dashboard widget form. I paid for the Mac and the iOS versions. Like others, I wouldn’t have minded paying for an upgrade to version 9.0, even if it was $10. But to cripple the version that I am using since version 1.0 is bad practice. If all of my apps I’ve purchased over the years continue this path I will free up a lot of space due to the apps I delete. The only reason that I use JuneCloud sync is so that I my wife and I can sync the packages on both of our iPhones. This subscription change is going to force us to subscribe on both of our IDs. $14 plus taxes just to use on two iPhones a year is ridiculous. This app if this change persists is off my recommendation list. Sorry June Cloud, we love your software but we hate this move. You are going to lose a lot of users from this move. I guess that is the plan?.Version: 9.0.1

This shipment can only be viewed online.More and more couriers appear to be hiding delivery details behind sign-in, postcode verification or reCAPTCHA verifications. I don’t get any tracking details for Royal Mail, Hermes and a few other couriers. This sadly makes this app about as useful as having a note on iCloud with all my package tracking numbers. It’s a real shame because the app is well designed but it’s lost its most valuable function over time. Because of this, there is also little value in paying for a subscription to this app..Version: 9.1

Useless in the UKThe app itself is fine and gets updated quite often, but basically no delivery service I’ve used in the UK works in-app, which sort of defeats the purpose! Everything kicks you out to the browser to actually get the info you need, which also renders the widget useless. Obviously very US-centric and I wouldn’t recommend it for those this side of the pond..Version: 8.4.3

Used to be greatPoor support for UK services. Those that it can recognise (Royal Mail) simply point you to the website to get tracking info. Wouldn’t reccomend anymore..Version: 8.4.2

Used to be an AMAZING appI’ve used this app for a few years now and it’s been amazing up until the recent update. Don’t get me wrong, there are good things about the update, but there is 1 thing in particular that I’m not happy with. Before, you would type the tracking number and select which carrier it belongs with (UPS, FedEx, USPS, etc). Now this is restricted based on the tracking number/characters entered - for example my package has a FedEx tracking number but FedEx has transferred it to USPS to deliver to my home. Given that the tracking number remains the same, it doesn’t meet the USPS tracking number characters, and therefore I am unable to save it under the USPS carrier, even though they in fact will be the ones to deliver my package. Now I’m forced to go to the USPS website to get tracking updates that I would’ve originally been able to get within the app before the tracking number restrictions/limitations for each carrier. This is a huge inconvenience for an app that I paid for and wasn’t limited to previously before the update..Version: 9.0.2

Looks good but that’s about itIt’s probably the prettiest tracking app but I find it useless with deliveries with Australia Post. It can’t even auto detect couriers for copied tracking number like Parcel or the free app, aftership. For its price, you expect more than a pretty face..Version: 9.2.1

They will fall like the other companies with subscription modelsMain point: Originally, they charged 5 dollars for the app, with no indication that they will switch to a subscription model. They deceived their consumer base and no longer deserve support. Extended point for focused readers: Like other reviews said before me, the developers substituted their one-time-pay model to a subscription model. If it was free, surely it wouldn’t have been an issue. Now, with their greedy perfidy, do they expect you to pay for a delivery app. A delivery app. Let that sink in. Why? To host your refuse tracking data on their servers. A waste of money and storage for 99 percent of their user base. This is another scheme to make money. They should be developing a subscription model that provides value to their user base. I can foresee the next generation of developers will develop a model that requires payment for a software that doesn’t crash..Version: 9.0.2

A Hopeful FailureI had intended on switching to Deliveries from Parcel due to the UI/UX. Unfortunately it seems I’ve chose the worst time to switch over. What seemed to be a beautifully designed application to track my packages, quickly became a regretful subscription based waste of a purchase. After having finally ordered something and going to add the order, Im greeted by being told the order is only viewable online. A FedEx order. Before I decided to go on a tangent, I look around. Changelog implies that FedEx is fixed, until you read articles saying that carriers aren’t working with Junecloud, or even looking at the help section in the app and reading an update from April 4th that FedEx tracking is no longer available within the app. Normally I’d be semi-ok with it, until I go back to the app I previously used, Parcel, and input the tracking number. It works. So what’s going on here? It’s a bit unfortunate that I have to switch back due to the lack of support from Junecloud, especially since I quite simply dropped Parcel because of the design, but now all I feel is disappointment. Back to Parcel I go I guess..Version: 9.3.2

Useless in the UKIt can’t track Royal Mail packages, so there’s no way I can rely on this as my sole package tracker; and given that, I can’t see the point of paying a monthly or yearly subscription for it. (And other package trackers, like Parcel, do offer this functionality!).Version: 9.5.1

Do not update appI paid full price for this app only 2 days before they updated to a subscription model and now I can’t add a single delivery without paying for a subscription. Feels a bit ripped off..Version: 9.0.1

Subscription Service? For what? Dark Mode and some cloud I’ll never use?I bought this app quite some time ago for a pretty penny as I really liked how the app looked and operated. Now suddenly this app wants to go subscription based for all these “new features” they’re supposedly going to be implementing. That’s cool and all I guess, but this is an app for tracking packages. It’s a pretty basic utility. I fail to see what you guys could possibly add that could make it seem reasonable as a subscription based service. Are dark mode and uploading to some non Apple cloud really features that are super widely sought after? I’d rather keep my $5 thanks. I did give 3 stars because thankfully they have given people who previously bought this the ability to continue adding new deliveries. If you’re new it will not let you add any without a subscription. If I was a new user looking into this app and had to pay a subscription to use this I don’t feel like it would be useful enough to me to warrant paying a subscription monthly or yearly when I could use other apps for free. They just want all your money $$$..Version: 9.0.1

ICloud Sync??Besides the initial launch issues with the IAP not working correctly and not being able to restore the subscription across devices (which might have been an Apple issue, not sure), iCloud sync does not seem to be working. It shows that it’s syncing at the bottom on my iPhone, iPad, and my Mac. But nothing is syncing across. I’m only using one account, so it’s not as if it’s syncing to someone else’s account. If that doesn’t work, might as well just Google the tracking number. I feel bad because I really want to like this app, but it doesn’t do much more than a basic web search would do. Seems like the iCloud sync issue could just be a bug, but I’m not very confident I’ll be using this app much, if at all. As far as the app itself goes, I’ve only searched for one USPS package so far. The web shows more specifics like the time my package reached one of the facilities, not just the Date like it shows in this app. Not very useful..Version: 9.0

Use Shop App Instead!I’m not sure at which point the developer of this app decided to start charging a yearly subscription fee to use it, but this is one user that will not be paying for that. I have used this app religiously for years, and all of a sudden all of my entries stopped updating and working. Anytime I try to add a new tracking number, it shows up as a blank line and will not track it at all. I wouldn’t have minded being charged a small one time fee to continue using it, but to just switch your application over to a subscription only without notifying users was a poor decision. I have now switched over to the Shop app, which is completely free to use and works just as well if not better. After I finish submitting this review, I will be deleting the app from my phone and moving on. I’m very disappointed because I really did enjoy using this application..Version: 9.1.1

Free option makes this app worthlessThere’s no reason to make adding tracking numbers a paid feature.Version: 8.4.6

Not thrilled with subscription modelI am probably one of the early adopters of the app, paid for it as I consider it a useful tool. But will I pay it as a subscription service? Probably not..Version: 9.0.1

Negatives not worth subscription feeEvery time I ask for more support for other shipping companies, I am told they are working on it - For years now. Now they are charging a subscription fee - time to move on..Version: 9.0

I thought I paid for a non subscription app.App developer stupidly decided to switch a one time purchase app I paid $6 for to a subscription fee instead of creating another app that is separate from this app. This app doesn’t even get new features added to it every month, nor does it require API that costs developer monthly fees to use, so it makes no sense to turn this app to a subscription model. Stupid stupid stupid greedy app developer *facepalm*.Version: 9.0.2

Became uselessNo more FedEx and UPS tracking.Version: 9.5.1

Surprisingly not about subscriptionsDeliveries is a great app. It’s always just worked for me, and I don’t begrudge the developers needing to have continued funding to keep working on it. They switched in such a way that my app keeps functioning, even if I’m not subscribed, so they handled it as well as they could, given the limitations of the App Store. That said, it used to be that when I had active deliveries, if I force closed the app and left it for a day or two, it would pop up a notification to remind me to reopen it so it could continue getting background updates. That was useful. Now, despite having no active deliveries, I am getting that notification every day or so. You don’t need background access if I’m not using you for anything right now. But my choices are either turn off notifications entirely for the app or open it every day to clear the notification and the badge. Fix it..Version: 9.0.2

Very Disappointed with the new change to subscriptionI can’t believe that they decided to move to a subscription model. I had originally paid for this app and now they want more money from me. I am now looking for a different app to track my deliveries. I’ve been using this app for years and this is how they want to treat long time users?!.Version: 9.0.1

Another scamWhat’s it called when you pay full price for an app and then a few years later, the developer wants to charge you every month? Just because your marketing textbook says you can, doesn’t mean it’s the right thing to do. Way to disrespect people who believed in your vision.Version: 9.5.1

Subscription = FailI’ve had this app on my Mac and iOS devices for years now and have used it consistently since it launched. The move to a subscription model however is a deal breaker. Such a shame..Version: 9.0

Almost useless“This delivery can only be viewed online” is more and more frequent and renders the app totally useless..Version: 9.5.1

Pointless SubscriptionI paid for this app and the desktop version a few years ago and I’m utterly disappointed it’s now a subscription model. There is zero need for this and pure greed on part of the developer. The reality is you no longer need this app as Google offer everything they do for free. It might not be a cosy interface but it’s free and works just as well. I understand subscriptions work for some app. Adobe Cloud, Microsoft 365 and the like. These are massive apps that require constant developer, huge investment and offer you a huge amount in return. But a deliveries app????? Come on!!!! The next thing I know will be a subscription based clock app. Deliveries is now removed from my phone..Version: 9.0

Ridiculously limited tracking partnersGreat interface but there hasn’t been any new courier partners added in years. Parcel supports dozens of partners worldwide. Deliveries supports almost nothing in AU and NZ.Version: 8.0.5

Dead AppThis was once great. At this point i think this app should be removed off the app store. Especially if you are Canadian don’t bother..Version: 9.5.1

UPS and FedEx no longer workingIt’s funny that the dev blames the shipping companies when all the competitors apps still work. Are they using some sort of voodoo or another passion project that isn’t generating the revenue it used to? You decide but look elsewhere for a shipping app, there are lots that work with these “broken” services this dev supposedly can’t fix..Version: 9.5

No updatesJust stopped working a while ago.Version: 9.4

False advertisingThis app claims to support Australia Post but it actually does not and only stores it as a glorified bookmark..Version: 8.2.1

UK carriers do not show tracking infoBoth DPD and Royal Mail do not show tracking details within the app. Instead all it shows is a link to the website to track the item. Not worth £4.99 at all..Version: 8.0.6

Be warnedAnyone who gives this a high review is deliberately misleading you. It simply is useless. No tracking for any Australian services, FedEx, DHL etc. btw previously it was a great app but they lost the ability to track major freight companies..Version: 9.3.2

Utterly useless in the ukIf you have anything track for things like Royal Mail, don’t bother. It’ll just tell you “this shipment cannot he viewed online”. Whereas apps like Parcels can not only correctly track all uk services, if you order something from abroad, the app tracks every stage of the journey through different carriers. This one doesn’t. This one is next to useless now. It used to be really good.Version: 8.4.3

UPS and FedExThis was my go to tracking app for easily a decade. Now they're saying they don't support UPS and other companies. Other tracking apps can still show UPS and FedEx shipping and tracking info but this app can't? Sounds like the devs don't want to bother to update their code to support the shipping services because clearly the API's are still there. Just needs updating. Time to move on I guess..Version: 9.5

2 stars for no notificationsThe app mostly works well, but I’ve not received a single notification from any package automatically. Why pay for an app to get this feature for it to not work. I have background app refresh turned on for it, notifications turned on. Nothing. Don’t pay for this app..Version: 8.4.4

App abandonedThe developer has admitted that Deliveries is no longer being actively maintained and will gradually break down, but you wouldn’t know that from their app store page. Junecloud’s website says the following: “Unfortunately we’re no longer able to maintain the same service that so many of you have come to rely on … it’s likely that over time, more services in Deliveries will no longer show tracking information directly in the app.” That was posted in April 2022. More than a year later, you’re still charging people for subscriptions even though FedEx and UPS no longer work. You get two stars instead of one, only because up until now this service has been all I’ve needed..Version: 9.4.1

A great app, left behind? What was once the pinnacle of delivery tracking, I’ve moved on to other apps in light of the fact that Deliveries cannot seem to get past the anti-bot measures put in place from Royal Mail and the like. With no way to track via the app, it has become a glorified holding pen for my outstanding tracking numbers. A shame, because other apps seem to be able to bypass the security measures..Version: 8.3

Unresponsive DevelopersI've been using this app for a few years now, first the free dashboard widget on OSX and then the iOS app. However the unresponsive and slow progress of this app is what holds me back from purchasing the OSX version. For more than 3 years I've been asking for support for Australian Couriers, and even offered to pay development fees and it never happened. In short other than basic bug updates the developers have moved on to other pastures..Version: 8.0.3

Getting worseI’ve used this app for years but it’s slowly dying as I’m getting the message “can only be tracked online” with some of the major carriers - today it even failed with Royal Mail so I’m binning it..Version: 8.4

Abandonware :(It is sad to see such an incredible app become abandoned by the developers. I have used this app for years to track my deliveries, but now it won’t display information for UPS and FedEx. There are other parcel tracking apps, all of them that I have tried are able to work fine with UPS and FedEx for free! So why can’t this app?.Version: 9.5.1

Useless if you live outside USAAs with many of the apps in the App Store, Deliveries is a great product for residents of the USA, but pretty much is dead kilobytes for anyone outside the dreamland of consumerism. I wish I had a dollar for every recommended app I have downloaded only to discover that it’s not Australia-friendly. My purchase history is a graveyard of similar apps to this one..Version: 9.2.1

Very limitedVery nice looking, one of the prettiest iOS apps, however the list of supported shipping companies in NZ is very limited. Try something like Parcel rather – its not as pretty as Deliveries, but it works..Version: 9.0.1

False advertisingThe screenshots show a DHL delivery being tracked, but this feature hasn’t worked in MONTHS. Supposedly because DHL changed something on their end? You’ve had long enough to fix your app - you aren’t trying. We pay for this and it doesn’t do what it’s supposed to. This would be the best delivery tracker if it wasn’t broken..Version: 9.1.2

A shadow of its former selfDeliveries was once such a great app that I had no problem paying for it when Premium Deliveries was a one-time purchase. For many years, it was a reliable delivery tracker with a fun interface, courier-matched colours, and snappy performance. Over the last year or so I noticed that you needed more steps to view the delivery (e.g. Aus Post: “the shipment can only be viewed online”and opening in browser) which made it more inconvenient. Even then, it was palatable until normal couriers such as DHL and UPS started delivering “Couldn’t Connect - Please Try Later”. At the moment, only USPS seems to be working. I contacted Junecloud about my concerns on their subscription method on a previously paid app, and the broken courier links that even full subscribers have. I haven’t received a response yet. It saddens me as a loyal Deliveries user for over 7 years to jump ship, but Deliveries has been overtaken by Parcel: an app that is subscription based but is speedily updated, includes tracking history, and works flawlessly with all the main couriers and even some bonus obscure ones. Please pick up your game, Deliveries! Many users love your app and want it to succeed..Version: 9.3.1

You have to pay to use this “free” app.You have to pay for a subscription in order to add a package. There’s no free plan and that is not clear before you install the app. I also read comments from people who bought a paid version of this app only to have the functionality taken away from them in favour of a paid subscription. I’d give it zero stars if I could because the app is useless..Version: 9.1

Just started having issues with purolator. It has been working great until recently. Now it tells me to check my settings for purolator.Version: 8.4.2

Notifications not workingOnly bought the app as I wanted a deliveries app with notifications and notifications don't work. I've enabled notifications and background all refresh as mentioned on the website. Disappointed..Version: 8.4.4

DisappointedI have been using this app for many years and was extremely happy with its performance. But as of late and with the newest update, functionality seems to have gotten worse rather than better and less couriers/postal services are now showing “in app” and just providing links to their websites. Royal Mail being one new example. If more of this happens it will make app useless! Disappointed! Why is this happening?.Version: 8.0.6

Audacity to turn around and demand a subscription fee for a paid app I already own?!They have the audacity to turn around and demand a subscription fee for a paid app I already own?! I paid for both the iPhone and Mac Desktop version of this app a few years ago. That’s it, the transaction has been completed JuneCloud! If you want to expand your profits, do what every other app developer does and release a “New and improved” version separately and charge customers a subscription for that. Thereby giving those of us, who have already paid you once, the option of keeping what we had or switching to your new app if we find it worth taking on YET ANOTHER SUBSCRIPTION SERVICE. This is absolutely ridiculous and I cannot fathom how this does not break Apple’s App Store Terms of Service. I know I will be deleting your apps come February when my “complimentary grand-fathered” subscription expires. This is exactly why I buy movies, video games and desktop software on physical media whenever possible. You never really own anything anymore nowadays it seems..Version: 9.0.1

Not greatThis app barely works with most services. Its actually easier to use the logistic company or postal service web sites. Promising idea that is poorly executed..Version: 8.4.2

Can’t track Royal Mail deliveriesThe other delivery tracking apps I use are able to track Royal Mail packages. Disappointingly this app can’t, even when paying a subscription. This needs to be addressed..Version: 9.2.1

Seems very limited...Seems like this app is a waste of money for me. So far, from 1/2 dozen different deliveries, only one carrier’s tracking has worked through the app - all the others tell me I have to go to the carriers website which entirely defeats the purpose of the app!.Version: 8.4.2
