✓ DisconnectGreat application! I use this to disconnect at night using the sleep toggle, have not yet heard the end of the programme as fast asleep! Lovely tones of voice are just so relaxing and I have been told am a more relaxed, less stressed and positive person during the day!!! Worth a go if you cant switch off at night..Version: 0
