I keep getting “There was a technical problem, There was an unexpected problem” errors in different screens, sometimes I can never log in where the loading animation is stuck, it loads infinitely. ✓ Good bank horrible appIt is impossible to reactivate this app when you change your phone. They never thought that someone might’ve been outside Turkey and change the phone while this app is installed? I changed my phone in September 2021 and many emails with no results except asking me to go to Turkey in a branch. CREATED MANY TROUBLE TICKETS WITH NO ANSWER.
