✓ Metes and boundsFor the price, it's great. They have several updates that make it better. My coworkers in the courthouse keep borrowing my my iPhone and iPad to do their plotting. The new feature that you can email all the info to your computer and print it out is nice but for some reason, the plat does not always print. Maybe a bug in my email. ✓ Great App for Abstractors/LandmenThis app has come in handy so many times I've lost count. By having this on my phone it keep me from having to lug my laptop or iPad to the courthouse everyday. I love being able to "plat on the go" and not have to wait until I get back to my computer just to find out I've been running the wrong pure of land. The version for my MacBook is great as well, way more user friendly than greenbrier graphics. Some quibbles with but nothing major enough to make me say anything horribly negative about it. If you have a need for this program, buy it, it saves so much time!!!!!.Version: 1.6.0

✓ Very good app for the moneyI bought this to check a surveyor's area calculation as it did not seem right. It was off a couple of tenths - in my favor so I think the app is great. I used to use an program on a PC, but this is much easier to use. A great value and I would give it a five if the email contained the text info and plat together. ✓ Handy tool for computing areaI needed a tool to compute the area of acreage from metes and bounds. This tool got the job done. The only limitation is there is not a way to save and recall data sets for diffferent parcels and then call them back up if a change is needed. It remembers the last data set entered, and does have the ability to export to PDF..Version: 1.8.0
