U-verse Pros

✓ Remote Works AgainThe remote works again. All the other features like setting a recording, watching certain live shows are great. No issues. I do think it would be great if U-Verse allowed casting to your tv for on-demand shows that are available from the app but not the cable box. Other than that, great service. Prior Review: This app was great until the remote stopped working. No support from ATT. Sound silly? Try having a toddler that only falls asleep watching a cartoon. Being able to change/restart the show from a different room was a godsend!.22RickVersion: 5.5

✓ Can’t loginIf you have multiple accounts and use one email address ATT cannot distinguish what you are trying to do.. I have 15 iPhones on my business account and apartments with U-verse all over the country with different account numbers. If you ever have trouble login ing in good luck they will screw up every single account password that you have. They won’t let you sign in using account numbers just email or user name which in my case manages like 8 accounts plus iPhones. It’s a night mare no tv tonight tried too many times. ✗ Remote control feature failureThe remote control feature of the iOS app refuses to recognize either of my U-verse receivers, leaving me unable to set up the remote control features. My iPhone 13 and iPad Air have the same issue, though both devices are enabled when I check via U-verse channel 9301. My version of the app is up to date, as are my iOS versions. Uninstalling and reinstalling the app does not resolve the issue, nor does restarting my gateway, which are the only steps recommended by U-verse’s so-called “support”. All other features of the app work, such as accessing the channel guide, setting programs to record, and deleting recordings (usually). A web search shows that this problem has persisted for years, yet U-verse does nothing about it..Austin Music GuyVersion: 6.6.4

✗ Absolutely the Worst Company Ever !!!!Get Ready At&t cause this will be Posted everywhere... This company just recently tried to SCAM me so BEWARE ! Due to none payment they Cut me off , so I said I got to pay Rent anyway “ Just don’t charge me for services I don’t use” So She said “ Thats how we do it” It was off for a month, I reconnected to what I thought was the bill OWED.. Then i found they kept cutting off my cable within 2 weeks “TWICE”. & kept DOUBLE BILLING ME , they tune changed “Oh our policies and Procedures are when your U-verse is cut off due to none payment you are still entitled to pay the bill” Thats the Stupidest thing I’ve ever heard, that they don’t even have a Rebuttal “Thats just policy”. Now since your hands are tied kiss my BEHIND , I’ll take my money to somewhere who Value there long time customers & only charge For The Services Rendered.
