TeachMe: Preschool is an educational app which teaches six different preschool appropriate subjects: letters, abc phonics (letter sounds), numbers, shapes, colors and counting. Learning subjects align with common core standards to help your child get prepared for Kindergarten .Parents can choose which topics they want their child to learn and even choose specific questions. Parents can review performance history for each subject to check on how their child is doing.

TeachMe: Preschool keeps children engaged by giving rewards for correct answers. Correct answers will earn stickers which can be placed in any of six different backgrounds to create fun sticker scenes. Sticker scenes can be exported as wallpaper or emailed to family and friends. An alternate reward system can be used where coins are earned instead of stickers. This allows parents to create their own external reward system (5 coins = a treat, 10 coins = a book, etc.).

The simple and intuitive user interface is designed to be preschool friendly, which allows children to play without help from an adult. An animated teacher (Mimi Mouse) gives verbal instructions and feedback to the child which makes learning fun.

✓ Best education app I found yet!!!These app is perfect for being able to customize what you want your toddler to be learning. This is the only truly educational app that my 2 year old enjoys playing. He often chooses this app over the ones themed after his favorite tv shows, which of you knew my son, you'd know that in itself is amazing! I love that I could customize it so he is currently working on his abc's and colors only, and when he gets a bit older we can add counting and phonics to the mix. I also adjusted it so he gets a sticker after each correct answer instead of every third, as to be sure it will hold his attention. He loves rearranging the stickers on the different backgrounds. This app is an absolute steal at 99 cents! I really can't think of anything negative to say about it!.NathanaelBlevinsVersion: 2.1.1

✓ Simple and EffectiveMy 2.5 year old has over the last 3-4 Months really gotten into this app. I prematurely bought it when she was about 22 months(no interest at that time...;)). But now she loves it esp identifying numbers/phonetic letters and her sticker rewards! I have noticed there are areas she just doesn't like, i.e. Shapes ID. ✗ Font style is badI would rate this at least 4 stars if it weren't for the ridiculous font style. Our childen will never be taught to write their letters in the font style chosen for this app, so why teach them to recognize the letters in this font style, especially as an introduction to the letter. The style chosen is Times New Roman which teaches "g" as a circle on top, an oval on the bottom connected by a small curved line, or the "a", which is taught just as you see here. This is just some of the examples. Our children will not be taught this way in school so why teach them it now? This can be very confusing for young minds. Nowadays they are usually taught the D'Nealian style of writing which helps them into cursive writing later. Why not choose that instead? One other problem I can see is the sounds on some letters are not clear enough, as an example: the sound "v" makes and the sound "b" makes is very much the same..Iam just sayingVersion: 1.4
