I don’t have a board and it’s a bit hard to get during these times, so by getting this app, I don’t ACTUALLY need one. I’ve used this app since a very young age. It taught me a lot of techniques (with the hints) and ways to get out of tricky traps set by other players in comps. Even though I’m older now I use this app for simple rounds when no-one has time for a game. The puzzles are very smart. They range from easy to hard and I personally love solving them and recommend it if you don’t have the time for a full game. This app is quite good for what is a returning beginner. I don’t think that it will be of value to “experts” but I will never get to that level and so is ideal for me as a learning aid against a The graphics are good and the game is easy to operate. My only negative comment is that there is not an auto landscape mode for iPad. Other chess (and other games) do have this facility. It is desirable when using the iPad with a keyboard stand to be able to use in landscape mode. From a programming perspective this would involve splitting the screen into half with the board displaying on one side and the selection buttons and moves and pieces taken on the other..Version: 5.5

That is to say, any move taken would place king in jeopardy. To win, you must place opposing king in Check-Mate. Stalemate is essentially "Mate" without the king being in "check". And according to chess rules, That is not a victory. In chess, you're suppose to trap and kill, not " corner and kill." Has a weak end game , so you will eventually win if you hang in !the reviews which complain that the app causes unfair stalemates. They don’t know the game. The only thing I’d absolutely love to see is the ability to take the existing notation screen (which only shows the notation for the last 5 complete moves) one step further and make it possible to scroll up to see the notation of all the moves AND then be able to save the game forever in a personalised folder. I've been playing chess for over 40 years and this chess game is the only AI game where I've repeatedly experienced that ending. ✓ Amazing super fun game but i do have a complaintThis is such a great game and is so fun and so easy to learn but there is one thing. When you play with the robot the robot makes his moves to quick so it’s kind of hard that way. ✓ Question to Tech supportOccasionally I get into a scenario when playing against the computer. The computer prevents me from making a different move, by repeatedly making the same move, over and over and over, into infinity! This usually happens as I am about to get the upper hand in the game. The computer has alternative moves available, but gets stuck on repeat! I'm either forced to make an inferior move that the computer likes, putting me at a disadvantage, or start another game. Is this legal? Is there a maximum number of times that a identical move can be made by both players? Please explain this phenomenon, or fix it! ✓ Good Game 👍🏾 but...I have been looking for chess apps for so so long and then I found this amazing app. However, the app need to give players more time to think and develop their pieces. Moreover, The app would say checkmate or stalemate and I could move my king or protect it. Furthermore, for me, there are a few glitches. Like when I click a piece it won’t move that piece.
