✓ Great for cruisesI used it to locate and name passing ships passing by and who were in port with us. I used it to locate where we were and names of islands passing by. Tracking our location and using the tracer to show directions was very interesting. I took screenshots of our location at sea and in port to add highlights to my travel videos. ✓ Much ImprovedWith a little development this application could become a useful tool for boaters. What I would like to see added would be the ability to view a vessel's track and to project it's future course via waypoints or otherwise. This is already possible on websites such as Marine Traffic. As I am in New Zealand I would buy the full application if it extended beyond the Auckland area. Update: Since the addition of ship icons giving direction and vector lines this has vastly improved this application. I upgraded to the full version but was a little disappointed to see that the old icons are still used. I hope this will be changed in time. One additional upgrade that would help would be the ability to zoom in on the ship 'Detail View' page as there is a lot of information there to read on a small screen..Version: 0
