✓ Greatest Grand Slam Tennis AppBy a wide margin this is the best grand slam tennis app of all time. Australia, France, and England would do themselves and their fans a favor if they would license this app from the USTA and make it the standard grand slam tennis app. I made the above comment about the 2019 U.S. Tennis Open app last year, and I think this year’s app is even better. ✓ Better than last yearThe first thing I would fix is when you get the red numbers alerting you to something needing to be addressed, have a way to actually know what those alerts are and then have a way to get rid of them. I keep getting them, I have no way of knowing what they are for or how to get rid of them. Overall, the app is better than last year’s edition but still is lacking when compared to the Wimbledon app. I would compare the US Open to the Wimbledon app and then make your changes. This tournament does the absolute best at making money. Put a little more of that money into a good app which could be made the best. You have the best tournament in the world in the best location. ✓ Much improved for 2018After disappointing performance in years past, the 2018 version simply works well. Live scoring is very quick and accurate, and notifications are dependable. ✓ Best of the Slam apps by farI won’t rehash what lots of people have said already. Is it 100% perfect? Of course not, but it’s very deep once you know how to get around. What sets this app apart from the other Slam apps is stats—and by stats I mean IBM powered megastats that tell you anything you could possibly want to know about a player, match, individual set... like how far a player ran on average per point. That’s coach-level info you won’t find anywhere else. Bravo! And it’s free! I keep it open on my iPad while I watch the matches on ESPN+, and switch off between the two. Love it..Version: 10.1039

The coordination with third party partners, like Amex & Chase, was very helpful. Not to mention that the app itself is very user friendly and visually pleasing. ✓ Labor Day WeekendI can’t think of a better way to spend Labor Day Weekend than staying in New York City and riding the #7 train to the USTA Billie Jean King Tennis Center. We had tickets to Arthur Ashe Stadium plus access to 22 other courts. We saw the best in the world compete and also caught some of the junior tennis matches on the outer courts. ✓ Too confusingThe ideal way to set this up would be to use the Scores page more efficiently. Allow us to choose the next day’s matches so we can see the scheduled matches listed by start time. The only was to see what is coming up now is to go to the schedule page which list matches by court not start time. Way too difficult to sort out the schedule. This year IBM has designed the best tennis tournament app I’ve ever used. I’ll assume that was a coincidence and that IBM has not (yet) developed the ability to read my mind via my phone. ✓ Fantastic features that require some key tweaksAs a huge tennis fan, I’m amazed it’s taken me this long to install the Open app. That being said, after using it halfway through the Open, Im really happy I found the app and site as it’s such a key addition to the experience. However , I’m a bit let down as it doesn’t offer some very basic info that other sports apps do. Though I entered my location (Vancouver, Canada), it only shows Eastern Standard start times for upcoming matches. It also doesn’t show scheduling past the current day (on the iPhone at least). It’s extras are wonderful and I’ve spent hours looking at player bios, virtual tour of the grounds, but for crucial info and planning, I’ve had to use apps like The Score for accurate match start times and upcoming games. These are things that really should be there. Perhaps I’m missing some tweaking on my end? Anyhow, fix these key aspects and it’s an easy 5/5 app..Version: 12.0.2129

✓ FeedbackWatched RF lose last night. First visit to Open this year due to a back injury. Love Armstrong so much. But still not a fan of Ashe Stadium. Heat was too stifling and the stadium will always be too large and impersonal. The average fan has been disregarded for corporate boxes. Why not close the roof on both stadiums when it is this hot and so late in the draw. Keep it closed for the entire round so it’s fair for all players. ✓ Good but could be better9/1/22 Have you ever tried to find all of the player from one country? Obviously not because it is extremely tedious. Missing a couple of key features n my opinion. There is no way to select all the players from one country as favorites. In other words there is no filter on the players screen to filler by country. Also there is no way to just to just view your favorites. Instead you need to scroll through all the matches. What is the point of having favorites if you can filter by them? Such an easy feature (it was present on the Wimbledon app) to implement and yet no go. For 2020 RADIO does not work! Icon Never changes from play to stop to play. No sound. Really poor showing. ✓ PerfectionMy wife and I have been coming to the Open for thirty years and the improvements are nothing short of magical. Armstrong, Grandstand, court 17 and all the rest of the facilities are beautiful. We have also visited your National Training Campus in Orlando where we hope you (USTA) are able to return American men’s tennis to greatness. The ladies are already there. Our only complaint are your prices, both the ticket prices and food and beverages. Not every spectator is a hedge fund manager with “1” percent salary to splurge on box seats and champagne. Tennis has become an “every mans” sport for the masses and the costs to the average fan needs to reflect this. Thanks for all you do to promote this great sport. One memorable match played in 1994 was when my son, Nicholas, & I got to sit in the Peruvian box to watch the multitalented Jaime Yzaga defeat the #1 player, Pete Sampras!
