✓ Do not waste your money!!!!I purchased the App together with the South African database a month ago for a whopping $11.98. The database was incomplete and I sent information to the developer to assist in getting the database up to date. Just downloaded the latest update for a further $0.99 and the database is as incomplete as it was when I bought it a month ago. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY on this app. These guys do not use the info sent to them to update the app - they take your money and do not deliver..Version: 0

✓ What a waste of moneyThis is an absolute rip-off and iTunes should be embarrassed selling it. It is totally worthless outside the USA, and even inside it is of questionable value. I am a British commercial pilot and this is a terrible application designed to defraud customers rather than provide a credible service. Do not pay one penny for this as it is not worth having. ✓ The app is good................If you like to look up info on airports near you only. It works great for your local (the country you live in) airports, but I like to browse other airports on other countries. I refuse to pay $4.99 for a single other region (or $99.99 for the entire world). Not to mention you have to pay $.99 every couple of months when the system updates, therefore, I never update it either. So if your looking to browse airports near you with this app, don't update it, and if your looking to explore the rest of the worlds airports, your better off just looking it up on the web. ✓ Do NOT buy thisWow! I didn't realise it was so easy to buy something off AppStore that didn't actually do anything. I paid £4.99 for an app with no data so I've not been able to evaluate it to see if it's worth it and so i bought the UK region for £2.99 realising its only a months subscription! Of course having purchased the app from the UK imagine how delighted I was to find the app downloads with the US region. You also think your getting maps as part of the database but your actually getting a google map plugin, so no sectionals, wonderful! Furthermore, I downloaded Foreflight and that comes with really useful data out of the box with a time limited trial. No catches. Basically Airports4Pilots seems to be, in my opinion, a blatant money generating app for no value. A complete and utter waste of money. Spend yours elsewhere. I only wish getting your money back was as easy as parting with it!.Version: 3.2

✓ Disappointing...Another only "USA only" aviation app - for £3.99 you get a USA database, the pulse races when you're offered a UK database for a further £2.99.. I downloaded this but, while it will recognise airport ID's, few listings have the details claimed (frequencies, runway lengths, maps, etc) - White Waltham is blank!! ✓ Lacks tower, ground, & C&D freqsMy hope was that with the latest update they had update the airport frequencies. I guess that I wished for too much. Some airports have frequencies and most only list the UNICOM freq. It does so for LAX, BUR, ATL, JFK, and many more. USELESS! It needs tower, ground, & clearance & delivery freqs..Version: 0

✓ Buyer beware.Bought this app a year ago, it has some useful info, BUT. Apparently the cost of the app and the .99 cents every few months is for only a year. After that they want 5.00 per month or 35.00 a year to keep it going. It's worth the initial cost for some of the info, NOT worth the cost after a year. I bought it and downloaded many of the nation states in order to better understand what the developer has in mind. The concept is good and for me has the potential to be really quite useful.
