✓ Doesn't workA total waste on this purchase. I sent complaints that were never addressed. I am usually not able to print when I need to & the very few times my wireless printer was found, the was print was extremely small and on a little more than 1/4 of the page. I tried to make adjustments per help to no avail Once again " no air printer is located". My wireless printer isn't even an option to manually choose..Version: 3.2
✓ Great idea - too bad it doesn't work!!This app would be wonderful if it only worked with my printer, which is not very old - only a couple of years and it is a Brother, which is not an uncommon printer. If this app only works with brand new printer models, then what are the chances of it working when I am away from home? I contacted their Support team & was told 6 months ago that my model should be supported soon. Still nothing & now they say it might not be supported. Very disappointing..Version: 3.2
✓ Bad customer service.I bought the app, as soon as I went to use they tell you there is a per page charge. So I.requested a refund. THEY DIDN'T EVEN RESPOND...NOTHING. I'll be surprised if this critque is published..Version: 0

✓ Dreadful Execution with No DocumentationThe app has no documentation and the website is uninformative. None of the example documents could be successfully printed. I ended up wasting a lot of paper in my printer. The faxing part never worked; my fax machine rang but nothing was sent. When a fax is pending there was no way to cancel it. I had no idea about how to attempt to use the external keyboard feature. I didn't bother to try the other features. There are much cheaper and more realiable ways to fax than offered through this app. The idea of this app is great but the execution is dreadful. I would not recommend it..Version: 0
✓ This app stills your money and leave you angryThis app stills your money so be careful buying it. Thy market it under different names so thinking it's something you don't have you download it and it's the same as the part app or the free app. Also it is complicated and does not really do what it advertise. I tried to get my money back but apple nor the developers allow you to get a refund. Shame on them. Don't purchase unless you have money to give away..Version: 2.5

✓ Toolz?I am sure that if I understood how to retrieve and save files I would like it much better. The program is much too complicated for the casual user. I thought it was a program to organize, modify, save and print files... therefore I am a little disappointed at this point. With better directions it may do what I need it to do....Version: 2.5

✓ DisappointingThe advertising for this product is misleading. They do not mention that many of the features are pay per use. The printing module does not allow the manual setup of network printers, and most printers on my networks are not detected. I called their customer service and they claim an update to the printer module is under review by Apple, but I have seen nothing. As far as I am concerned, it was a waste of money..Version: 0

✓ Used notifications for advertisingI've used the app for a couple if years now and used to like it, but they must now be desperate for cash. I allowed the app to use notifications for updates on faxes, but the company now abuses this privilege and sends pop-up advertising to your phone through this system. Not cool at all. Stay away from this app unless you like ads popping up whenever they want..Version: 3.2
✓ Tiny PrintThis points out not only what is wrong with the app, but what is wrong with the app store, namely you can't get your money back when an app won't work. There are a lot of interesting features in this app that could get it a high rating, but unfortunately the app doesn't work. This is compounded by a non-responsive support department (they don't return emails). Yes, it says it will print to your network printer - if it can find it - but it doesn't say in the add WHAT SIZE it will print. Whatever size you see on the iPhone screen, that is the size you will get (i.e. if the document takes up all of the 3x2 screen you will get a 3x2 print. If it takes up less than that, you will get an even smaller printout). If I could get my money back, I probably wouldn't have bothered to rate this. If support had worked with me to resolve the issue and it couldn't be resolved, it would have at least gotten two stars. Paying for an app that doesn't work and isn't supported by anybody only gets you one star..Version: 0

✓ Very sastisfiedBut sometimes, there is an extra charge on domestic (us) faxes for unclear reason. Overall it is very good. I hope all filereaders adopt similar web interface for uploading and file management. Update: once I upgraded to the newer version app stopped working.. claiming i have a pirated copy ..
