I tried changing the app language and used other cards for payment, but to no avail; I receive the same error message. ✓ Son güncellemeden sonra açılmıyorUygulama son güncellemeden sonra çok fazla yavaşladı ve açılışı çok fazla uzun sürüyor ve bazen hiç açılmıyor ya da çöküyor. Açıldığındaki seçenekler de reklam. 🙄 Direkt kendi sayfanız yerine reklam seçenekleri çıkıyor. Yurt dışı paketi ya da data yükleme seçeneği yok. Ayrıca ödeme seçenekleri sadece kart numarasıyla sınırlı, sadece banka hesap numaranız varsa ama kredi/banka kartınız yoksa uygulamadan ödeme yapamıyorsunuz. Umarım yakında düzeltilir..Version: 13.1

Good luck with that. Thank goodness the lovely people at TURKCELL shop know their app is pants and can help you get data, phones and a decent deal. ✓ Prepaid packagesThe prepaid packages don't appear if you don't have a Sim card and sign in. And when you actually visit the physical store to check the prices and get a sim, you have to take the salesman's word for it when it comes to the price of the sim and available packages since you don't have an official reference without a Sim card. That's not only inconvenient but opens the door for corruption. I understand that the validity of the Sim card for tourists is only 3 months according to regulations. They could at least offer an e-sim for direct payment just like other roaming apps. After, years of getting a new Sim card every 3 months, I just switched to a new roaming app with e-sim and it's even less expensive now! I'm not returning until I can see the prepaid packages without having to sign-in with a Sim card..Version: 17.5.0
