✓ Poorest quality app I've ever seenThe app crashes frequently. Unlike the prior review, these crashes are not minor. The password section is weak and optional - not acceptable for HIPAA. No formatting of phone numbers or birthdates. Inconsistent capitalization of text fields. Creates blank records when it should allow the cancelation of a new entry.
