✓ Good Foundation - Not Customer CentricI had such high hopes for this app, and downloaded it yesterday (love the CraftLit podcast). Tried it our last night, and it was a dissappointment. Listening to one of the episodes, had to pause it to go and do something that needed my full attention, came back and discovered that you have to start from the beginning of the episode!! It does not "keep your place" as the podcast episodes do through my iTunes podcast feature. Not saving my place is one feature that drops the value of the app WAY down. Love the concept of having the episodes pushed to my iPod Touch. The sound quality when listening through the app is much better (I don't have to put the volume way up to hear the readers, as I do when listening through iTunes downloaded episodes), and the interface is very good. All of that provides a solid foundation, but the one major glitch makes me re-think this app a lot. I think the app was created with the podcast in mind first, not how customers would use it. It is very rare that I can devote a good hour to something, without having to pause. Just not realistic to have to listen to the epsiode all at once, every time..CmspeVersion: 0
