✓ Wish for updateI'm trying this app but wish it had the option to go to sleep after the session. I prefer to listen before bed and find this app wakes me when done. ✓ Am I missing something?Maybe I just don't get it. The app amounts to essentially 5 different tracks, 3 of them repeated with slight variations. They're very short and make references to "our other products" or "when we work on this I'll ask you to do X" but I can't find where those other things actually are. ✓ Good but....All in all this is a pretty good app with a lot of content although I haven't used it enough to see any benefits as of yet. The reason I havnt listened to this hypnosis app a great deal is because I find it too loud to properly relax too, especially at nighttime. With my iPod volume at lowest setting I can turn the app volume down also but this resets itself after each chapter waking me from the hypnosis. ✓ Didn't work for me..I don't think these reviews are legit. I bought this and used it for a straight week every evening and could not tell one single difference. I'm new to hypnosis, but the anxiety free hypnosis was free and I could really feel a difference the first time... This weight loss hypnosis however, I cannot feel any change..Anm87Version: 3.0

✓ Needs Sleep Option!I really think this is one of the best apps out there for weight loss, HOWEVER I really wish it had the option to fall asleep at the end of a session. I feel so relaxed and am about to drift off, and WHAM, the volume goes sky-high and the next recording plays.
