✓ Generic hypnosis program, not specifically for smokingDoes not mention any where in the hypnosis part about smoking or giving up smoking, only asks you to remember past negative events and stay above the "timeline" seems to be a generic hypnosis program with some stop smoking tips tagged to the beginning, worth the bother...........don't think so.Version: 3.0
✓ BackgroundI love it it the image did not run constantly it runs the battery down. And if there was a sleep timer would be cool. When you choice to listen to it at night it would be nice it is expired at the recording and shutdown..Version: 3.2.1
